Ordered drive thru didn't realize I didn't get my whole order until I got home. Went back to get my whole order again cause the food that I did get was already cold. Told lady taking orders what happened so she took my order again then when I pulled up to the window they said they didn't have any spicy deluxe sandwiches. I got so mad I just drove off and didn't even ask for a refund. Now it's 9:30 pm and I'm driving around looking to see what's open cause my two kids haven't ate
Fast and hot!! Love that you can dine in and order from the table. First time I’ve seen this at Chikfila’s, but maybe I didn’t notice.
So I ordered 4 meals and gave me just 2 I call and told them they just put me two do here I go driving all the way back wasting gas!!! Because they’re stupid ? then I said I want my whole order fresh since I had to come back 2x they said “oh we don’t have anymore spicy deluxe “ they really expect me to go pick my meals cold af and not give me fresh and warm
You can now dine in. Service is usually fast and service is good. Better to check your order before leaving. They do give you the wrong order or miss something from time to time.
Toni seemed to not want to be at work today. From the time i walked in she seemed to have an attitude. She didnt even offer a greeting.As a stood inthe designated area waiting for my mobile order, she was calling out the names for pickups. Once all the caucasian customers were finished, she stopped calling out names. She just walked past and sat the food down. As if the remaining African American customers were just there to get free smells.Ive never felt unappreciated at Chick Fil A until today and I had to let it be known
This location has dropped the ball lately. Food have been either incorrect and/or cold. You guys purposely short the customer on fries (especially if u order a large they literally fill it halfway), & seem to forget ingredients. Better tighten up quick because I see quite a few of the reviews share the same opinion. I’ve never been to a chick fil a like this. Luckily there’s another not too far away from me.
This is my second time at this location with my first time having the lunch which was delicious. However, this trip was for breakfast. I asked for coffee with my meal but what I didn't know was that this location puts your cream and sugar in for you. When asked for my condiments I was told someone fixed it for me. I was then told I have to tell them I want it in the bag. Firstly, I am from out of town and I would not readily know that. It would be nice if they ask that when you order. My take on that is why would you be fixing someone's coffee up when covid is out here. Next thing is the mini's. To me the nuggets were not fresh and seemed old and reheated. The bread on 2 of the mini's felt like cornbread and not the soft roll feel at other locations. I also asked for some pickles only to be told they were out. So if they are out of pickles then they wouldn't be serving them on the Chick-Fil-A sandwich. But the rep said let me go in the back and see if they have some. Lo and behold she comes back with a side of pickles. Overall, my visit was not all bad but going forward I will definitely tell them not to fix my coffee. I will visit again.
Didn't honor the milkshake voucher we had so we decided to take our lunch business elsewhere... bad customer service, would not even try to help, instead they would rather lose customers forever.Should treat local customers with care otherwise they will go elsewhere ... one bad experience tells the customer we don't care about you take your business elsewhere!There is a Popeyes nearby and they got our business instead.
What you want me to say? It’s the fastest drive thru you’ll ever visit. Never mind the fact that it has 2 lanes backed up for 1/4 mile, it’s still faster than anything else. It’s the Lord’s chosen chicken sandwich for Christ’s sake.
