Came to this location Monday 5/16/22. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I drove completely around the location since no one took my order. It’s 10:58am. Sign on the door in addition to online says this Captain D’s opens at 10:30am. There’s not a single person visible inside. No cars in parking lot. What time do they open, since they are already 30 minutes late and it’s lunchtime??? Update/correct your times you are open for business, because I googled this place and saw it listed on a highway sign.
Worse customer service ever … Employees having their own personal loud convo to the point she had to say quiet down Bc she couldn’t hear my order . B4 I can even complete my order I was placed on hold twice. Cars started to pull off behind me Bc it was taken forever there wasn’t even patrons inside placing orders for it to be taken that long. As I pull up to the window the employees was still having the loud convo to the point I couldn’t even ask for the extra condiments needed for my meal ,as I begun to tell her she shut the window in my face.
Haven't been to one of these in awhile, but this one had me rethinking that. Service was amazing, the cashiers were pretty hot, and the food came out fresh, hot, and crisp! Will definitely return!
Found plastic in my coleslaw ? salmon was very dry...I was only here visiting from DMV for my brothers funeral...my order was $28. Never again?
I order a catfish feast with okra fries Cole slaw and extra hushpuppies came up to $16.50 and when I got to my destination this is what I had so not only did I lose money but I didn't get no where near what I asked for and I will not be recommending this location to anyone else. I am very disappointed ?
They had 1 young girk working in the drive thru all by herself so the wait was horrible. She took the orders, took the money, and prepared the food. That girl deserves a raise.
It took a few minutes but the food was nice and hot. Worth the wait!!
Nov 1 2021. This time I came up to drive-thru. So there was a wait. Ordered the big fish combo. There is nothing big about this sandwich but the bun/bread. Fish was cold. The Captain should be disappointed that you're selling so called shrimp cut in half then flatten then double breaded. Shameful. So many other options for good quality fish and sea food.
The food is good if you like cheap seafood. It is greasy and the inside is mediocre. The staff was friendly and fast. It was clean but like most fast food places it could use some touch ups. Check it out if you want seafood but on a budget..check out the gumbo and rice...less than $5 n not bad. I was surprised on how good it was..lol.
The food was yummier than I expected. Much better than it was before. Give it a try!
