How is it that its is 12 o'clock in the afternoon and this Burger looks closed. Meanwhile The McDonalds down the street their line is wrapped around the corner. The Chick Fila line down the street is wrapped around the corner. The Dairy queen line is blocking traffic. But this Burger appears to be closed. But they're not. The food is absolutely disgusting. The restaurant is dirty. The employee are wearing bonnets to work. Looking miserable. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal and got deep fried burnt plaster or dry wall covered on flour and seasoning. I don't know what happened to this Burger. But I wouldn't be surprised if some got really sick eating from here. The lettuce is brown the buns are old. its just really bad.

Ok I understand the staffing issues that's going on everywhere and this place is no different however this place is trying it's hardest to keep things running and my reason for two stars is because this is a restaraunt without Air! There was a whole group of us and we had to wait in the heat for our orders. That's ridiculous!! Restaurants should have air at all times. I know it's not the employees faults, however this matter should be addressed promptly!! The employees get a five star rating from me for trying their hardest to keep things up and running
Burger King was good when the food is prepared fresh and hot. I wish they kept the crispy chicken sandwich instead of Chi king sandwich it was better and eazy to bite in to. Please bring back crispy chicken sandwich.
Food was gross….. cat behind the counter needs a attitude adjustment….. maybe no one told him how important customer service is or simple common courtesy to acknowledge when someone is speaking to him……
i know people always say if you keep having bad experiences then just don’t go back. i work in retail so i understand the staffing issues and everything going on in the economy so i give people chances to have bad days. However, every time i come to this particular burger king there is never a line, doesn’t seem to have been a line all day and the service is still always slow, unpleasant, and the food is always poor quality. in my opinion just throw the whole location away. this will be my last time.
If you are trying to order food you will be placed on a hold several times , each time you add something it will be additional hold , now I know why there was a long line at the drive thru . I didn't even place my order , I just left very rude
They were our of Impossible Whopper so I tried the new Chicken King sandwich. Not the best, wont order again. Drive through staff were very nice.
People almost never answer the drive through after 8pm. This has happened to my wife and I more than 5 times. Do not reccomend this BK. Rather drive out of my way to lilburn BK as the service is execelent
I had ordered an Impossible Whopper and an order of small fries and small onion rings. Before I had submitted my order, my app notified me that my fries had been upgraded to a medium. Alright, that was a pleasant surprise. We pull up in the drive thru, and the person taking the orders first tells us to wait for a min. We sat there almost ten minutes until I said "I am here to pick up my online order for Bill." So we were told to pull up to the window, watched one of the SLOWEST workers I have ever seen just meander back and forth. After another ten or so minutes of waiting, he shambles over to the window and says "oh we out of onion rings." So you told us this after already waiting for ten minutes, so I tell him just make the onion rings a small fry. What does this genius do? He gives me two small fries and says that equals one medium.....I was so upset after waiting almost 30 minutes that I took my slightly warm food and left. Oh yeah did I mention that my food was ready but just sat at the window. Will not be going here again, apparently the worker doesn't understand what fast food means......
