I was supposed to get a 32oz. drink with my order. Upon arrival I am told that they don't have 32oz cups, despite them being listed online. Okay, I can understand that, being that the Buffalo Wild Wings app and website. is very buggy. But then why not substitute it for a 20oz cup or a 20oz soda from the fridge....? What am I supposed to just grab my stuff and just shrug off a drink I payed for??? C'mon.... I even got an annoyed look for even asking for a 20oz cup... Like I am in the wrong or something. I am just so dumbfounded that I even have to leave a review like this. Shame, because I have had no issues with this new location until now (very nice manager).
The chicken sandwich looked like a Krystal's chick. They gave me a chicken breast smaller than the bun and the 3 pickles that came with it. Looked nothing like the picture online. Chicken was very dry and hard. Too many restaurants near by that I would rather spend my money
We have tried this place three times. Hoping it would improve as the workers got more experience... we were wrong. Here's the run down...They forgot stuff for an order once, they poured sauce on the wings as if they forgot to do it in the first place, two times the wings were not fresh or over cooked, every time the wings have been small for the price tag. We give up.
Wings were all bones paid $13.50 for a Anorexic wings and they were dry. This was my first time eating wings at this company and sadly I'm not every going back. First impressions are everything. They only make money because the hype but honestly Wings and Things and much better and have meat on the bone. BWW are definitely order rated??♂️ ???
I tried to go against the reviews. I read them and still decided to order.So I ordered my food. I got my food late.I opened my food and was looking closely at it because it looked tiny. So I decided to count. Almost all my boxes of 10 were short. Only 1 had 10 and the 10th boneless wing wasn't bigger than the tip of my pinky. It is not hard to count to 10, so why did I receive 7, 8,8.Then they sauce, OMG. It was like the sauce was an after thought while it was walking out the door. Because all they did was pour sauce on top of tge wing.The fries were a handful. The fries were cold!! There were even uncooked fries in the box.Never Again.
Ordered a 30 piece bundle 15 boneless and 15 traditional only received 10 of the traditional wings I didn’t eat them as soon as I got home I waited until later and the store is now closed I paid over $30 for this order. Now I looked at the reviews before I ordered from this location I saw some of the low reviews but I decided to give it a chance anyway. To the owner of this location it appears that your staff is very under motivated to do a good job because the outside of the box clearly is marked 15????
Ordered wings and fries. The meal was horrible, because wings were dry, hard, burnt, and fries were crumbs and overly done. It was obvious no care was put into the preparation of the meals. We wasted at this place over $40.00 of our hard earned money.WARNING: Do not patronize this place -Buffalo Wild Wings, Mountain Industrial, Stone Mountain or Tucker, GA (Hugh Howell and Mountain Industrial).This is the worst chicken wings ever. Don’t waste your money or time.
HORRIBLE, first off I called their number on google and it went to a corporate number. She gave me the location number, I call and started with a appetizer from the menu online, she proceeds to tell me this location doesn't have appetizers. I was like um okay I will order a burger, she says they don't have burgers, I say can I get the chicken ranch sandwich, she says we don't have that. So I said what about a regular chicken sandwich with buffalo on it, she says okay. I say can you put cheese on it? She says they don't have cheese. I also ordered a 10 piece wings with fries, I'm surprised they didn't have fries either! The food was below average. BWW is too big of a franchise for a new location to be out of stuff like this, I also paid for the wing combo and she didn't even ask me what drink I wanted, I don't even think they had a drink fountain that worked! This location is simply poorly ran and won't be here for long.
First visit. Ordered wet lemon pepper (my new favorite). They were awful. A couple of the wings were hard and tough. Are they leftovers? The others, more freshly cooked, some undercooked. Overall the wet lemon pepper was a fail for me.
The wings are meaty, I got the garlic/Parmesan wings. I like the screen that tracks orders in the lobby n I like how they separate your order from other orders by using this cubby type system. It's new in the neighborhood n I hope they keep up the good work.
