I just bought their signature chicken sandwich for the first time.Very disappointed - of all their competitors Bojangles chicken was the smallest chicken portion vs all their competitors. If I’m paying premium price - I should get what I paid for.It’s unfortunate because it’s right down the street from me and I would’ve gone they’re pretty regularly.
Rude!We come to this location twice a week and spend $70+.Today we we're told that we have to call ahead from now own with an order that big, and the woman working was THE rudest ever! She is new I guess because I've never seen her before but we will just drive 30 minutes out of our way next time if that's how it is now! Fine. You just lost a loyal customer.
They get this because their customer service is awful. They're unfriendly, and uninviting. I work at a near by filming studio and we come here often for Breakfast spending almost $100, 2-3 times a week. Its always a long wait in the drive thru, the order is never accurate the first time, the casheirs are rude, and the management is careless. Their door says open for take out, but its always locked, and the manager is sitting there on his phone carelessly while there is wrapped around the building. The food is good when they get it right, but the process is inconvenient, unprofessional, and annoying.
This place is THE WORST as far as customer service goes. The drive-thru line is ridiculously slow and even though there are customers IN THE DINING ROOM, the doors are locked. There are no signs that indicate that the dining room is closed but no one will open the door. What is going on at this place. So you’re forced to go to the drive-thru and after waiting for 10 minutes just for the people in the car in front of me to place their order, I left. Sunday morning, very little traffic, I hate to think of how bad the service might be during peak eat-out times. Maybe this is a one-time situation, but I wish Chick-fil-a was open on Sundays…
Today I went at 3 PM and waited at the outside speaker to order almost 20 minutes (I There was no one in front of me.) When I finally got the chance to order a 12 piece family meal I was told it would take 40 minutes; THIS AFTER I ALREADY WAITED 2O MINUTES JUST SPEAK TO SOMEONE!!! Every time I try this place there is a huge wait time. This place SUCKS. It needs new management and staff. Stay away unless you have lots of time and patience and feel like getting screwed.
I have given up on this location. Came through the drive thru one morning and their credit card machine was down, I don't carry cash. The next time I tried to get some breakfast, I showed up about 15 minutes after the posted open time only to be told they are not open. The following attempt I sat in line about 15 minutes at the speaker where you order with no acknowledgement. Tried one more time today, this time attempting to go inside. At 9:30am the doors are locked. So I will never be returning.
Went to Bojangles today thru the drive thru ordered a chicken club got a spicy chicken. No tomatoes or greens on the sandwich. I want visit again until they have dine in and you can take it back and not be home. A very disheartened experience.
Upper management are liars and thieves. Was hired under a "promotion" to get $250 per check for 30 days and referral bonuses for bringing new staff since no one wants to work at this establishment. Once bonus was earned they refused to pay!!! District manager Sheila and regional manager Dean day have been giving me the run around for the past 3 months regarding my bonus payments. Restaurant manager agreed I worked the required hours and submitted my name for the bonuses but Sheila and Dean Day refuse to pay. They take advantage of teenagers and Sheila will gas light you regarding your bonus pay (she will say its on the way, then change her story, then say HR is backed up, then say you're not eligible for whatever reason). No wonder they cannot keep staff. They have stolen bonus pay from several employees and are crooks!!!!!! Horrible company that preys on black teenagers.
Disappointing, one more place to add to the list of places to never go around Tucker. The food was COLD, not warm or like it cooled off, but cold as in it was in the freezer. They fried were also cold and chewy. They forgot my drinks and the line too long to care to go back. DISGUSTING!
The food is a butter greasy mess.. horrible flavor.. biscuits...you just might literally DIE eating such mess. My experience is truly this particular location not all locations.
