The food was good. I had the patty melt which came with a hefty piece of beef. Hot and delicious. Great service. Our waiter was Bill. It was a busy night, yet Bill made sure we had everything we needed. He quickly resolved a very small problem and apologized and made it right. It seems an older crowd, but that's ok. The food is delicious. There's good variety on the menu also. We were able to sit at a nice big table and visit with friends over a good meal and great service by Bill!
Great food... excellent service. Our waiter Malcom was awesome!
I would love to give the Blue Ribbon a better rating but the years have taken away a lot of the energy this place had years ago. The service was a bit slow but adequate. However, the quality of the food and menu selections needs to be updated and renewed. The entire area around Northlake has aged and the area is in indeed in need of revitalization including the Blue Ribbon Grill.
Terrible! I ordered the shrimp and grits WITHOUT sausage. I received my plate and the grits were cold and there was not ONE shrimp in the dish! I started to leave but was asked to let them remake it, so I stayed. The second bowl comes and there is plenty of shrimp, but the grits were only lukewarm and it had sausage in it even though my order was for NO sausage. This was not a good experience. Nothing like bad food that leaves you still wanting something else to eat.
2 They are sooooo slow. Order was wrong the last time. This time no one waited on my table. I got up and left. They don’t care about their customers.
First time eating there and I've been in the area 24 years. My brother, and sister inlaw were in town and we decided to go there. Great choice because all in our party of 6 loved our food. The service was even better. A party of 31 was there at the same time and the servers and management kept coming to our table and expressing their sorrow for the delay in our entree's coming out. We were grateful, but okay because we were enjoying the appetizers and our family time. The management "comped" the appetizers.By the way my brother who is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan loved the signed Dallas Cowboy jersey on the wall. ?
Twice in 2 days!! I’m on a diet so it’s sometimes hard to find a kitchen that will accommodate my requests but they nailed it. They even have a low carb section on menu. It was so good on my first day, I ate there again on my way out of town. Not only is the food delicious, it is priced right, staff was very attentive and friendly both days. Highly recommend. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating but large salad with grilled chicken is huge!!!!
We found this restaurant on our third night in Tucker, GA. (we were visiting for a week). We loved the food, good portions and great prices. The servers were all friendly and fun. We had Grace wait on us a few times and she was awesome! We ate here every night for the rest of our trip!Oh, they also have a full bar.
We were seated at 7:30, our order was taken at 7:40. After sitting for over an hour, we were informed that the kitchen was now closed, and we would not be getting our food.Really????The waiter apologized, he tried to resolve the situation by giving us his personal phone number?? Wasn't sure what that was solving, but appreciated the offer?Been dining out for 40 years, and have never come across this problem before today. There was an older couple with the same issue seated next to us. Hopefully they got something to eat eventually.
The shrimp and grits are ok, could be better but the Chicken pot pie is a smash hit!
