Flavorless. Messed up my order. Most people wouldn’t complain about getting extra food but my burrito was ruined. I also asked the person who made my burrito and the assured me what all came in and they added beans(pinto which I don’t like) and rice( white, which doesn’t go into a burrito if you ask me) and I didn’t taste any cheese dip. I got. Brookhaven and they added both which I specifically said I didn’t want so I didn’t pay for. ps There was NO one else in there so there was no reason to mess up my order. This was my first and last time I WILL EVER GO BACK THERE. Complete Rip Off
I'm a native Southern California girl! The carne asada (steak) burrito is the closest thing to home that I have had since I've been in Georgia!! Love Bell Street Burritos in Tucker!! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is awesome!!
I work down the street and I’ve been driving past this place for at least two months wanting to come in. Thank God that I did. Let’s start with the Customer Service from Freddy. Absolutely top-notch smile on his face happy to help and very quick. The food is phenomenal and I will definitely be making is one of my regular lunch spots. Great service at the restaurant and very efficient and expedient! Most importantly the food is very tasty! I had a ground beef xl burrito bowl and my wife had 4 tacos, 2 ground beef, one shrimp and one steak, which she loved them all. I recommend it and will try again!
First time visiting and I don’t have any major complaints.I gave 4 stars because it wasn’t anything that stood out or made the burrito any different from any other place I’ve been that had burritos and they didn’t put some of the ingredients I requested in my burrito.Not bad & might try another location one day in the future.
If you like chicken or pork try the pulled chicken or pulled pork burrito. Both meats are really tasty.I recently tried the potato burrito and was not disappointed.Flour tortilla can be ordered steamed or grilled. I would recommend going for.the steamed tortilla.You can order a bowl instead of a burrito, if that's your thing.If you enjoy chips/dip on the side, probably wise to order the regular size. The XL burrito is a full meal!
I haven't tasted the food yet, however, the long wait beyond the time it was supposed to be ready and now, still having not received my food has put a bad taste in my mouth. I drove 20 minutes to get here and they had not even started my order. I expressed my concerns and the cavalier attitude of oh well you have to wait, made this a place I no longer care to visit. I wanted to like the place and that is why I came, but if you don't need my dollars, I won't spend them here or recommend you to anyone else.I upped my rating because the food was good. But hearing from others that I am not the only one to share my experience didn't make me want to rush to order again anytime soon.
Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. Quick service. Friendly service. The Burritos are good.
Pleasantly surprise! Decided to try this place for the first time today and enjoyed their tacos a lot. Hey come close to the El Veloz City taco on Buford hw. Had shrimp with verde sauce, steak with chipotle sauce and smoked pork with chipotle sauce. All around good stuff.
Very disappointed. Asked for all toppings of quesadillas to be on the side. They were all inside the quesadilla making it soggy and virtually inedible. Little to no cheese(i mean that’s all a quesadilla is). All of the brisket was super fatty, yet flavorful. I asked for all of the ingredients that were to be put on the side on the side…again. I was told well they’re inside it. That’s not what I ordered. I’m a dipper and wanted to dip, but couldn’t even pick up the quesadilla without it falling apart. Sour cream curdled in the quesadilla. Just overall not good and lackluster. My coworkers had the same experience with their orders as well. I understand service industries are struggling and that it is hard work. I make sure to acknowledge this with kindness and show my appreciation even with to go orders. I had tacos here a few months back and was super impressed, but after this last time, I won’t be patronizing again.
