OMG! This Zaxby’s went above and beyond for me without being asked and I couldn’t appreciate it more! While on a middle school field trip and many hours away from home, my phone (which was on the tray) was accidentally trashed! I called in a panic asking them not to throw the trash out and that I’d be right back after already getting on the road back home with 22 students. By the time I got to this Zaxbys, 3 staff members and the manager had gloves on, searched, and found my phone! They greeted me with a smile and my phone which calmed my frantic state immediately.. Thank you for the kind gesture and saving the day! ( all the photos of our trip where on my phone)

What an awesome experience. The best Zaxby's we have ever ate at. When we entered, we were greeted by two or three employees. We were waited on promptly. Our food was ready quick. The staff was super friendly. Super clean store and bathrooms. They had a ? on their store inspection. Anyone that works fast food knows a ? is difficult to achieve. On our way out, we spoke with one of the Zaxby's team members. Told him the store was unique. Not many of these out there. Turned out, he was one of the owners. I told him it would be nice if all stores were like his. If you are looking for a Zaxby's in this area, I highly recommend them. Even pass up one to get to this one. It will be worth your time.
Thanks for a wonderful experience! My friends and I were coming back from a power wheelchair soccer tournament in Alabama. The food came quickly and tasted delicious. Since I was in the separate room and on my crutches, the staff delivered my food to the table. Very impressed by this location.
I love the Cobb salad, the grilled chicken is great and it’s a heaping of a Zalad.
Drive thru is extremely slow you will spend your entire 1 hour lunch break in the line. Go to the other Zaxbys in town because this one is beyond slow.
They handled 40 High Schoolers like a champions!
Don't order door dash from here. My toast was burnt, the Cole slaw was hot, incorrect dipping sauce, and no plastic ware so that I could eat my meal. But the delivery person Tonya, was great.
they close at 10:30 they refuse to serve me this is very unprofessional i will like to make a major complain, you lost a very valuable costumer
We are still here inside the restaurant waiting on a grilled chicken sandwich for the past 30 minutes.
