Usually, Starbucks is a wonderful place to get a refresher or coffee off the road. This one off 75 South in Tifton, GA was down on its game. No toilet paper in womens restrooms. People had used lid liners instead and threw on floor. Told cashier and she said , “they were waiting on the truck”. Well, I would have gone and bought some or closed. How sanitary is that?!!!
So I originally gave this Starbucks location a 3 star rating. Since that time, I've come in numerous times. This location is nearly always super busy. Today was no exception, except this was honestly the most packed full I've seen in a long time. Customers waiting inside were nearly shoulder to shoulder! The drive thru was at least 10-15 cars deepThankfully I ordered ahead on my app! Lots of others did too. While I was waiting on my order, they called at least 6 mobile orders for pick up!! I have to say that Brittany (hers was the only name I caught) and the rest of the team working today were KILLING IT! They were getting lots of orders out the door ... Quickly,And efficiently !!!!!
Oh. My. God. LOVED THE SERVICE HERE❤️ I have been a gold member for quite some time, I moved to a place that doesn’t have a Starbucks so I’ve gone without it… but when I finally went a few months ago, they had discontinued my favorite drink… the salted caramel mocha. I was extremely disappointed. And when I came to this store, not only was Jimmie (William, the store manager) SUPER informed of all the drinks on the menu, but he let me know that they had toffee syrup and he could make my mocha without the sea salt… he has NO IDEA how happy he made me. I have had such a weird week with a lot going on… and I know how dumb it sounds that something so small could make me so happy… but it wasn’t just the drink… he made me laugh, he made me smile, he made me feel good. Such an amazing human!! Thank you sooooooo much!!
Just stopped by this Starbucks (only one between Macon and Valdosta) to pick up my mobile order I placed while traveling down I75 and the service was awesome! I believe the guys name was Jesse that was making drinks, and he was awesome as well!!
I would never go back to this place. I waited in line for 20 minutes in the store. They fixed the entire drive through line and the four people behind me before ever making mine. I checked on my order and the man lied and said he was making it when he wasn't. He was then rude about my wait time and said they had to do mobile orders, but they were not even doing mobile. Second lie. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and would suggest no one go there. They need to work on customer service.
Disappointed with our fraps. They both tasted like ice. No sweetness, not even a coffee flavor. Definitely too much ice, no flavor. Employees were super sweet though, thats why they got 2 stars.
Six employees working a morning rush with people inside ordering, mobile orders and a drive thru that had 7 cars in it and everyone was pleasant and order was correct and fairly quick.
They make sure to you are satisfied. If the coffee happens to be wrong (?rarely) they fix it the food is excellent especially for a breakfast meal. All in all 5/5 for me
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! From others being wrong multiple time to them not knowing what matcha is. Some of the workers were great but others were absolutely clueless. Go to another location if possible.
We had a mobile order at 8:07 am, app said order would be ready at 8:19. Drinks were ready at the estimated given time. However we waited for 40 mins to get our 2 croissants, a pumpkin coffee cake and a donut. The bacon and cheese croissant had no cheese, and the pumpkin cake was not pumpkin, it was a regular cinnamon flavored coffee cake. We know they were busy, but nothing was said about the 40 min delay. Our coffee was then cold. Ridiculous!
