Ordered to simple drinks on the app and put in the stall I was located at. After 30 minutes I went through the drive thru. I was told by some rude woman in a black non-sonic shirt from the window that the drive thru was closed and I have to be in a stall. I let them know I was in the stall for 30 minutes and nobody came . She asked what I ordered and I told her. She closed the window then I sat there for 30 more minutes and got nothing so I ate the couple dollars and left. You would think a sonic in a small town would do better.
Teenagers run the store and they are rude and disrespectful there phone when you try to call is off the hook apparently so who ever is the manager there really in my opinion needs to be replaced and so does every single employee in there I was cussed out by two girls in the drive threw and cussed out for parking in the little order car side parking places a month ago. They are disrespectful and there needs to be a change done. Also My dad went there and they gave him the wrong size food and wrong food order and we’re rude to him even when he asked for the correct order the women just ignored it and went on with her day and closed the drive threw window in his face just today.
Did not have anything all they had were drinks. Worst Sonic experience I Had yet. The out side did not even work. And only had three workers. Soooooo bad!
Sat at the speaker with it activated for 15 mins. Went to the drive thru and sat there for another 10 while i believe watching the only employee sitting on his car vaping. My kids were really excited what a let down
Even though they forgot my corn dog, I can't be mad. Ordered ahead via the app and unlike other locations, I didn't have any problem with that process. In addition, when I arrived it was a very minimal wait before receiving our order. All the food was super hot, fresh and all our requests were fulfilled. Everyone in the car talked about this meal into the week because it was so great when we had it. Thank you to everyone!
multiple times have i been to this sonic and haven’t been able to order a shake due to “ice cream machine being down”, if you don’t want to clean the ice cream machine then get a different job, management obviously isn’t doing their job. The franchise owner obviously isn’t doing a good job of running their restaurant.
They let me sit there for 20 minutes waiting for them to answer me so I can order. I pulled up and pushed the button BEFORE they closed at 7. At least 15 mins before. They would not answer to take my order but they took the guys order right next to me RIGHT BEFORE I pushed my button. I had to yell out to the guy bringing out his food just to find out they're now closed and not taking anymore orders. Which was bullcrap because I was there before they closed. Its Christmas eve, everyone is closing early and that 20 minutes I wasted sitting there, was 20 minutes that I could have gone somewhere else before everyone closed down everywhere.
Drive through closed. 15 minutes to respond to take order 40 minutes more minutes and counting to deliver order called 10 minutes ago asked how kind and told on the way and I’m still waiting. Had I not already paid I would leave.
Waited almost half hour, went up to window twice, and asked if we could just take/pau for food there. We could see it sitting there. They said no, and must have been waiting for the lady out back to finish smoking and talking on her cell phone to bring us our food. We left and went to checkers. This was 11/19 evening shift.
We’ve been sitting here for over an hour with no assistance and no food. We placed an online order that they claimed they didn’t have. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and unprofessional staff. Employees walking around and talking and doing anything besides working.
