Extremely disappointed. After my order was placed, they sent a doordash delivery driver to deliver it. The store is only 6 minutes away. After 20-30 minutes, they cancelled my order without warning. Extremely frustrating.
Customer service is rude they need new replacements to represent Papa John’s and get rid of the lazy workers.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I ordered pizza. The girl that took my order didn't know if the place delivered. Took her asking several people if they delivered or not. Apparently no one knew. She said it would be a half an hour to a hour. A little after an hour I called and talked to the manager told her I had a very hungry kid and that we were waiting for our pizza. She said she would get it to us right away. 20 minutes later still no pizza... My husband called and canceled the order..
Very convenient location with great service! I have ordered here many times. I typically go with carryout as I'm about 5 minutes away from here. I order online and always use their tracking app that let's me know when it's ready. Everytime I arrive it's hot and ready to go. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work!
