The food was as good as the service, and both sucked. The restaurant was hot. The waitress packed our table so full that we could barely move. I have now had far more bad experiences at this Olive Garden than good. I'm not saying I will not visit Olive Garden restaurants in the future just not this one. This was my last visit to this restaurant.
We have visited this establishment several times in the past and have always had a good meal. Last night's visit was NOT good. Salad had wilted/rotten lettuce, chicken marsala and marguerita chicken were both dry, and the bread sticks had no taste. Wait staff was not very attentive. I'd skip this place until they get their act back together. Fettuchini Alfredo was good.
My husband and I chose takeout for dinner from Olive Garden (Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Alfredo, both with salad). The food quality was excellent, the portions were more than generous. I added drinks and Alfredo sauce once I arrived for pick up. The customer service was great. Our server did not get upset at all. Her co worker came to assist when she heard the additions. They showed great team work. They handled my additions, the phone that rang at least twice and my payment with patience and courtesy. There was no wait time. The OG team members did not miss a beat. I could also view the staff preparing food with care ( gloves). We plan to return to Olive Garden soon.
Passing through this town on our way home from Florida and wanted some pasta. Kat was our server and she was GREAT! Got us everything we needed, quick as she could be, and gave us plenty of breadsticks! The food tasted great and we had no issues. Thanks for the quick service and good food!
We were weary travelers stopping for dinner at Olive Garden in Tifton. We were greeted by a very welcoming host staff, the young man who seated us was extremely friendly. Our server, Victoria, was efficient and provided great service. Our meal, seafood fettuccine and the tour of Italy was very good.
Great service. Darian is super sweet, quick to take care of guests and fun. First time our food hasn’t been perfect at Olive Garden, but they quickly and professionally handled our concerns. If you’re in the area, definitely choose this Olive Garden.
Had an excellent server, Alondra R., which totally made the experience. I am getting real tired of all these southern eating places not having an idea about what gluten free is. Come on people get with it!!! I am Celiac.. traveling. Need to eat some place. Even Chili's was clueless. So enter Olive Garden. Who knew... I don't go to a lot of Italian places due to the pasta. We were staying at the hotel across the street so I walked across and got dinner to bring back to the hotel. I was able to sit at the bar, order take out and have a drink after driving all day. The service is friendly the food is very good compared to Olive garden standards. The menu is familiar to anyone that's eaten here before. The prices are a value. I would not hesitate to stop here again
Outstanding service!! A lot of people and yet they didn't take forever to get to us. Our server Kaira was above and beyond very attentive and full of cheer.. Happy young lady and treated us amazingly. Thank you !! Wish you had more servers like her!!
We did a call in order for lasagna, I wish like heck I'd looked at my dish before we left. The portion was unbelievably small. We drove from Moultrie to the Tifton location. For what they charged I could have went to the grocery store and got a whole pan of lasagna and still had money left over. Everything else was fine. I'm super disappointed and will never do a call in order again.
