No hair nets, male employees getting orders wrong, male employees playing in the kitchen instead of working.The 3 young ladies were working extra hard to get things right.I would never stop there again. My 2 stars are for the hard workers. The manager needed to say something to them.
Barely stepped out of the car before a server yelled the store was closed and use the drive though. Not much use when on a long road trip and using the restroom was the main reason for stopping before picking up lunch for the onward journey.Left hungary but full in all the wrong places.
they have written the timings for dine in over there 7am to 7pm but now at 2:33pm they are closed and didn’t seems like they was opened before very poor
The order was correct but the food was not even warm and the lady who served us through the drive through obviously didn't like her job and was not friendly at all.
Love McDonald's food but service was soo slow that I just pulled out of the drive thru and went to Burger King
Wow! They were great today folks! The line moved fast! The customer service was friendly! The food was hot! Not warm! I ordered chicken nuggets and they were fresh and delicious!
We came through and waited 31 minutes in the drive through for 2 $3 bundle double cheeseburger meals. We customized 1 with only ketchup and mustard 1with only light mayo and pickle. The lady repeated it back to us fine but when we got the order both burgers were wrong. 1 had ketchup mustard onions and pickle and the other had so much mayo dripping off it you couldn't even see what else it had on it. Because the lobby doors were locked we had to wait 20 more mins to get back through the drive through and finally got back to the window. The manager came after we waited 10 mins at the window and repeatedly blew our horn to try and let someone know we were there as well as me calling the place and no one answering the phone. She cut my husband off when he was trying to tell her what was wrong and demanded the receipt. She left the 2 sandwiches in the bag with us. She came back about 5 mins later and demanded the old burgers back so my husband gave her the bag and she went in the back for a few mins before she brought our food back to us. We drove around the building and checked them.. They were cold and still wrong 1 had mayo and ketchup with pickles and the other looked like whatever was on it had been scrapped off.. Needless to say at this point we just threw them in the trash bc I had to get back home to my elderly mother. I ended up having to cook that night.. Thanks McDonald's for nothing.
The food was exactly what I ordered and it was good tasting. Most of all the employees was friendly but professional.
only doing drive through, very slow, 15 minutes to get an order. service should be quick, all they have to do is drive though
Very displeased. I pulled up to the drive thru and got asked to hold and I waited 15-20 mins if not longer before I had my order taken. They also had the first drive thru on hold for a while. I watched multiple guest pull out of the drive thru, quite a few giving me a nasty look cause they thought it was my fault. Highly displeased and very upset
