On Last Night 6-11-22, I visited the Tift Avenue location around 10:45, as that, I have a son who had been sick, and has not had an appetite, so when he asked for something to eat from McDonald’s, I gladly went, although it was late. I sat in line with multiple vehicles ahead of me, when the vehicle in front of me drove up to place their order, they quickly drove off to leave, so I drove up to place my order, an employee came on, and said, “We are closed”! Puzzled, especially looking at the vehicles ahead of me, whose orders had been taken, and they were getting their food, and looking at the time (10:54), I pulled over, and pulled up their website, it stated that they closed at 12, I drove up to the door, and it stated, close at 12. I got back in line, and got to the speaker, employee said, we are closed. I asked her what were there hours, and she said, ma’ am we are out of food. I told her that I had been sitting in line, and didn’t understand how could you take some orders, and not the others. I asked her were they out of everything, and she then asked me, what did I want, I told her that I wanted a 10 piece nugget meal- large - with a Sweet Tea, and to add an additional Large Sweet Tea. She said, we are out of nuggets. I asked her about the (2) Plain Cheeseburger Meal, and she said they were out of that type of meat. I asked did they have fries, and she said yes, so I asked for a large fry, and 2 Large Sweet Teas, and I drove up, and paid her $4.96. I then drove up to get my food, and noticed that the entire drive through area was spotless! I retrieved my food, and noticed that the bag was heavy to be just an order of fries, so I pulled over to check my bag, and guess what, there were nuggets in there. This behavior was very unacceptable, and why would you even put a customer through that. I took out the time to patronize that establishment, my gas, my money, my time. I tried to send in a complaint on the McDonald’s website 5 times, but it kept deleting my information when I was asked to select the location. Nothing about me mattered to them.
Food was dry tasted like it was a previous order. The lady who gave me my food did not say a word to me nor did she smile at all. I asked her how she was and said thank you and also said have a nice day, with a smile the whole time.No friendly service and dry food.
Went to order inside as there was a long line in the drive through.A sign is plainly on the door on paper stating that the dining room is open from 7AM to 7PM.At 3PM, I walked in to place an order and was told the dining room was closed because they didn't have any employees to check people out in the dining room and that door should have been locked. If you don't have employees to work you shouldn't have a sign up telling people the dining room is open.
Wonderful crew, never gotten my order incorrect, fairly quick drive through considering there is one lane. The dining room is closed sometimes because of short handedness.
Talk about wildlife bunch of love people working behind the counter manager rudest hell her little minions running around acting out actually saw that for please come to beat up or jump or are you or dispute whatever for the customer the place was nasty and dirty better ice cream machine pulled out right on the register where they were serving my food and everybody else is I would never eat there that place was crazy not only I but about six other people and three different vehicles we all left none of us knowing each other McDonald's must have a lot of money cuz this this one they just threw to the wolves
Friendly service drive thru wait was to long I watched people drive off from waiting to long and the line wasn't moving
great place to eat and the staff is very friendly
Ordered new crispy chicken sandwich deluxe. Paid extra for big mac shredded lettuce and no tomatoes. Not impressed by the deluxe version and extra cost. Cold mushy fries.
Went through drive thru, my grand daughter wanted only Ketchup on her burger, they made a mistake and put only mustard. I went back but the inside was closed due to a new outbreak of covid. Just so happened a young man employed there was standing outside by the door on break. He opened the door and got it handed for me. Made my life a lot easier so I didn't have to get back in line. My granddaughter was happy and so was I.
Got to drive thru line at 10:22 a.m. when I got up to tell them my order it was 10:31. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin and she come back and said we just switched to lunch!. I told her I've been in line for 10 minutes and you won't serve me breakfast) She just said sorry Ma'am. No more McDonald's for me ?
