Trash. Made me pull into a reserved drive thru parking place for a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. You have to be kidding me
The only good thing that I can say about this location is the bathroom was fairly clean. They staff told me I had to order from the kiosk, which normally is fine, not today. The kiosk was out of hand sanitizer, and then the staff tells me that they are out of frappes, which is the only thing that I wanted. So I switched to iced coffee, though at 7 months pregnant I was very not happy about. Then they weren’t thrilled about refunding me, Um it’s almost a $3 difference. If customers are required to use the kiosk then it should know when the store is out of something. And it doesn’t take much to me a little nicer to customers especially when you don’t have what your customers order.
We were in our RV and couldn't drive through. Wonderful young man Chavis took our order even though lobby was closed he filled it for us. So kind.
Ordered egg & cheese biscuit apparently they had a sausage & biscuit... If I wanted sausage I would have asked for it. But do not like it. My sandwich was ruined with sausage grease.
I went to McDonald’s last night the nice young lady was kind enough to ASK me to speak up because their headsets weren’t working properly. I decided to get McDonald’s this morning and when I got to the speaker the employee didn’t greet me she proceeded to ask for my order. I placed my order 3 times but she couldn’t hear me. When I hello she said I NEED to speak up so I said loudly I shouldn’t have to scream to place my order and that they needed to get new headsets like the previous employee stated. She proceeds to tell me I’m rude as if she greeted me with chick fil a customer service and tells me it’s a loud truck behind me. That was a van which I took a picture of to prove. I get to the window she’s taking her time to take my payment. She then opens the window to talk trash which I gave it right to her elderly or not. So we’re going back and forth at the window which was childish on both parts however you will not tell me what to do but you can ask nicely. So the elderly lady had the AUDACITY to call me ugly ?????? it’s pretty clear she never took a look in the mirror to take a glance at her face. So I told her she’s TOOOOO OLD TO BE WORKING AT MCDONALDS ANYWAY. Which wasn’t nice of me but she deserved it for her rudeness. I didn’t eat the food because I didn’t trust it with her loud mouth screaming inside of McDonald’s like a woman scorned all because I ruffled her feathers by not speaking with the tone of volume she required. ??? I eat at this McDonald’s on a regular but now I’ll will take my money else where. The night shift is AMAZING! They greet you properly and the night manager (a guy) is super nice and friendly. He always makes sure we have our condiments before we even pull off without having to ask. Great job night shift!!!!
There was approximately 7 vehicles in the Drive-Thru line so I went inside and had to use the kiosk without assistance. once I figure it out, which took about 10 minutes I waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes to receive the order because the shortest of personnel taking orders
they put one little line of caramel and said it’s supposed to be like that, and we would have to pay for extra caramel. then shut the window and ignored us.
It's ok I mean it is MC Ds... fast and pretty good service cheeseburgers was smash and chicken nuggets where not crispy!
Same food as every other McDonald's. The young lady that handed our food was very sweet!
We were going for inside dining but it was closed. The manager came over and explained he just didn't have enough help. He was very nice about it. Your heart goes out to these folks who are still showing up to run these businesses to EARN a paycheck. They were wrapped around the building. Despite all of these factors that were against them, they were still doing a good job at moving the cars in and out in a quick manner.
