We walked in here and were promptly seated by a very friendly host. We did ask for a gluten-free menu. They gave us a menu that was in very small print and looked more like a spreadsheet print out. Each row was a menu item and then the corresponding columns were either checked or empty depending on the food allergen. It's only one menu and it's not only gluten free, it's all food allergies. While we were squinting at the menu trying to figure out what to eat we ordered drinks. We drink vodka tonic and as it turns out they did not have tonic water in their full service bar. At that point we had had enough and the picture of the longhorn is the front of the house when we were leaving. I can't really comment about the quality of the food because we didn't have any nor did we have any drinks because they had no tonic water.
Had a wonderful experience. Took my mother there for Mother’s Day. Gabrielle was definitely a perfect 10 concerning her attentiveness to our table. She also was “keepin’ it real.” Steaks came out perfect thanks to Miss Lady in the kitchen. It was nice to speak to Cam—A familiar face in a different space. The young lady at the bar made my “special concoction” perfectly. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience for me and more importantly the QUEEN of my life—MY MOM.
We ran in for a quick meal after driving all day and really just wanted to get into our hotel for the evening. Wife and I were told 35 minute way, but pleasantly surprised with only 15 minutes. Service was prompt and friendly. We both got the shrimp and rice (we didn't want anything heavier)....whenever and wherever we eat at Longhorn it's always really good. Having ate at Outback's a week earlier in Pigeon Forge we agreed that Longhorn is better than Outback to us. No knock on Outback, they are still good too.
You stop in at a chain steakhouse because you expect consistency. The service was good and up to par, but I must say, the food was not. Salad was dripping in dressing (my bad for not ordering it on the side) and the broccoli was overdone. Worst of all, everything was way too salty (including the pork chops). Disappointing but maybe just a bad day.
YALL! The Lambchops are back...I ordered it with a side of honey glazed Brussel sprouts. DELICIOUS!!!!!
Update: Many thanks to Longhorn's Guest Relations team for taking the time to reach out to me. The issue was resolved and I do appreciate it very much. I'm updating my review to 5 stars based on the care shown.*******I hadn't had Longhorn's in a while and since the pandemic happened I just generally stayed away from eating out. Recently, I ventured out with some friends to have dinner. Longhorn's used to be one of my favorites and I was excited to go eat there again. Things seemed to go well. Our food was good, albeit very minimal amount for the prices. But we do know what the price surges can be blamed on. That I could get past.Unfortunately, it wasn't until I was done eating and had left the restaurant that I realized I never received my signature side order. Sides come with your dinner entree and I'd upgraded my order to the bacon mac and cheese. By the time I realized I never received it, the restaurant was already closed. I called the next day after my friend said that I should. I didn't think much could be done about it but did want to try and just let them know because I was a bit upset about it.I was bounced around the phone a few times and was eventually told a manager would call me back later. We confirmed my phone number and I hung up to wait..... I never received a phone call from a manager. Honestly I wasn't surprised, but you know what? Even if they couldn't do anything about it, for me, it would have been courtesy to have a call back and have that explained to me because I am thinking perhaps there is a way they can help. And if not, it's okay because mistakes happen and I should have paid attention to my meal. But overlooking someone that paid for something and never received it wasn't decent customer service.
Food was alright. Waitress was nice. I honestly expected better. My friends food was great, loved it. He had steak and shrimp (complete two different orders). I had the sandwich with steak, swiss, and onions on it, i think, and I wasn't impressed.
I had a wonderful to go experience. Trey who works to go provided fantastic customer service from taking my order up until bringing my food to curbside!! He went above and beyond. The hand breaded chicken tenders with honey mustard are delicious!! My sides which was a sweet potato with cinnamon sugar and fries were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
Our server went beyond her duties to make sure we were Happy with our meal and was very attentive and in a very cheerful mood.I had the Ribeye so juicy and tender and succulent. Oh me gosh it was so yummy. My sister really loved her BBQ Ribs, she said they were so delicious and the meat just melted off the bone.100+ to the cooks in the kitchen....Management should be proud and aknowledge the effort they put into there work
