This place was horrible. Half a tablespoon and a few small pieces of "steak skewers". What joke. Rock hard Mac and Cheese. Can't give my kids that. Oh the "Filet Mignon" should not be microwaved when it's frozen. Gross. Lost a Logan's fan. Not worth $125. Sure will be disputing this charge.

Took forever just getting our beverage, then forever getting our food. Their tea is not good. Bad service

Our waitress was kind and definitely trying to do several jobs at once. It took over a hour to get our food. I ordered an app the potato skins. BY the time they came out they were cold and overcooked from the heat lamp (not loaded and not good) When i was done picking through mine, after we asked, my husbands order came out. Manager came over to say sorry, offered no compensation. My husband took 2 bites. We asked for the check and left. Sadly we will not return. Kudos to our waitress. We did leave her a good tip, well deserved

They've changed the format of this place a lot. We used to have two in our area but they closed. I'm glad we tried them here. The food was good and our server Billie was great. She's been there many years frm what we're told.

The food was just extremely salty. The Waitress was awesome. Just the quality of food didn't match my $70.00 bill. Porterhouse was thin. I'm not one to complain to my waitress.. I don't want her to feel like I'm putting blame on her, waiting tables is stressful enough I know. Just poor cooks in the kitchen that night.

Brought our grandchildren to your restaurant today. They are 8 & 10 years of age. Not big enough for adult size menu but definitely too big for your child menu!!! They left hungry. There wasn’t a quarter of a cup of mac&Cheese in the 10 year old dish and the 8 year old if he got 4 quarter size chicken nuggets he was lucky. No tip for the waitress today as she didn’t try to amend the price of our ticket or let anyone know we weren’t happy. We will not be back.

I had a good experience here getting their burger and sides. I would have liked the burger to be hotter. I sat at the bar since there was a 20 minute wait for a table. The service was friendly and efficient, even though the bartender was stretched thin with no additional help.Locating the restaurant and parking were both very easy.

It took awhile to get waited on. We were seated quickly. But had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink and rolls. The waitress had about 6 booths , so she was really running her a-- off . And I didn't see Potatoe Soup on the menu so I thought that they didn't have it. Asked the Waitress ( Ashley ) it they had it and she said YES , that made my day.

Came to celebrate Valentine's Day a week late. Waited 15 minutes and NOBODY came to the front. Finally went to the kitchen and cook yelled at me for asking for a hostess. The waitress came and said it would be 5 to 10 minutes. There were 7 empty booths but it took another 23 minutes to be seated at one of the booths that were empty the entire time.6 groups left before being seated and 15 to 20 more while we waited for our drinks. They are losing money not having a full-time hostess upfront. The food was EXCELLENT but the hour and 41 minutes waiting for the food may make me think about traveling almost an hour again. If rating our server I would have given her 10 stars.
