I have always used the drive thru and customer service has always been good and service is always fast. I've never had to wait in line in the drive through due to most people going inside because of it being connected to Loves truckstop. The food has always been fresh, hot, and delicious.
They don't know the meaning of "fast food". Second in line in the drive through, took several minutes for vehicle ahead of me. Get to order station and voice said "be with you in a momoent". Their "moment" was nearly 10 minutes. A car behind me got tired of waiting and left. When I finally give my order and get to the pick-up window the employee says "sorry for the wait, we had an order for 8 chicken sandwiches".This is one "fast foodie" I won't return to.
I was very happy with the customer service/drive through associate who took our order. She was very helpful and polite to us. I would definitely go back to this particular Hardee's again.The 4 stars is due to the restaurant not being able to serve 1-10 meal orders on the menu due to a shortages of certain foods. But the Associate made up for it with her recommendation of chicken sandwiches. Our tastebuds was more than pleasantly surprised. The 11 meal tasted wonderful ? I've visited most restaurants in our county at one time or another and this Hardee's stands out for me. I forgot about the burger I wanted that & not tasted in over a decade. Some folks have no idea how to control their emotions and would have made it very combative to be served. I appreciated the cheerful demeanor and the hostess in what might have been a very long nightmare on her shift due to the absence of large burgers. 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. With 5 Star service. Please excuse any and all wrong grammar and spelling errors but somebody is truing to hit every pothole in the county! ? GODSPEED ETERNALLY ??
They have 2 sides for shipping office North side and South side They go by appointment get there a 1/2 hour before appointment time no overnight parking but is a love's truck stop 1 miles away
Good Hardee's. They did get my order wrong at 1st. But they had just has a number board change. Anyway all made good. Food as expected.
Love Hardee's try to go whenever I'm out of town as they don't have one in my state but this location ran out of options in the morning early like 8 am so not impressed but staff was friendly the reason for 4 stars, food was good as always.
Stay away from there chicken fingers. 3 piece 2 of the pieces where smaller then my thumb largest piece about as long as my index finger. To make it worse the chicken was not cooked through so ended up tossing it all out the window. Complete waste of money and they couldn't careless
Just left this Hardee’s, I love Hardee’s but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude workers! The lady at the register said what do you want then held out her hand for payment put our cups out on the counter and said “next” then when our order was done the lady from the back tossed our bag on the counter and walked off. Never been to a place with workers this rude! Will never return!
Great food and even better service
Very pleasant service. Hot fresh food. I will stop here again when traveling.?
