My husband always orders the same sandwich bc he has a chicken and turkey allergy. He orders a large on wheat JUST CHEESE JUST STEAK ONLY. Every time.. Every single time I have to go back in and get it corrected it either has peppers or the wrong cheese or mayo or some sauce on it. Its so frustrating when the order is so easy.. I don't get it ?
Usually a great place to go, but I used the drive through today. They took just shy of an hour to make a small sub, left off simple ingredents that were asked for, gave me the wrong drink, and were just overall terrible. Totally disappointed.
I visit this location monthly. It's always great. Clean bathrooms, good service, quick turnaround.
Ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich and got more lettuce and mayonnaise than I did Turkey?, If I didn’t live out of town I would have brought it back.Very disappointed

Friendly staff, restaurant was clean, bathroom paper towels were out of order. Food was delish! Would visit again.
My very first time at a Firehouse Subs restuarant. My hot veggie sandwich was delicious. I loved the fresh bread and veggies cooked just right. I definitely will be back.
