To be honest, when I first started ordering from the app for lunch and sometimes dinner to-go, I've had nothing but good experiences when picking up my order. Fast forward a year later, picking up an order has been frustrating. I get to the to-go counter, there is no one to be seen. I understand that things can get busy sometimes, but to wait 20min for someone to come to the counter is disappointing. Thing that bothers me the most and it's happened several times, especially recently, I showed up and there are 4 staff members at the counter having a conversation. I'm standing at the counter waiting to pick-up and pay for my order but no one even gives me a glance, just keep going on with their conversation. After 7min has passed, they all just walk off with me standing there at the counter. Haven't even asked for my reasoning for being there. Another 2-4min pass, still no one has come back to the to-go counter. Even had 2 staff members pass right by me and didn't say a word or even let someone know I'm here to pick-up an order.I can forgive no one being at the to-go counter for awhile, but to be right there at the counter and several staff members are having a private conversation behind the counter and then walk off after their conversation is over and not even try to serve the customer right in front of you at the to-go counter is unforgiveable.I like ordering here because I can order hours ahead of time through the app unlike some other places, but after this most recent incident, I'm going to have to find somewhere else to go for lunch/dinner.
Not good food. Poor service.
We were a group of ten. The service was great. The food was good. We had an enjoyable meal and fellowship.
45 minutes after being seated (4 of us) we got our Tea and water and Skillet Queso. Skillet Queso was a half order(compared to what we normally get). We were told after ordering coffee, “we’re not doing coffee tonight, not sure why.” Waited 70 min from the time we ordered our food and drinks from the time we got our food and when we did it was terrible.. My Chicken Ranch quesadilla was way over cooked, boneless wings were not eatable(had a rank taste and they were cold). Then our bill was all messed up and ended up paying $8 too much for our meal( that was my fault- I should have said something) but I was so aggravated by this time just needed to leave. It was now 9:20. Used to be my favorite place but not anymore. What’s happened to Chili’s?
Service was great food was dry and overcooked. Broccoli was dry and tasteless. Every ketchup bottle was empty. We ordered burgers and had to eat 10 or 15 minutes for mayo and mustard. My street corn on the cob was dry and tasteless. The strawberry lemonade was amazing
Fantastic, was very good. Drink was strong, yess!! All around good prices and food.
Service was great. Restaurant was very packed but our waitres was always making sure we had what we needed. Delicious food
Server literally brought us a drink (water and sweet tea) and never returned. Waited and after almost 30 minutes asked for the manager and left. Manager literally said ok when I explained the issue. Other tables were complaining. Quality of service is 0. Server just disappeared and we didn't see her even at other tables. No other servers ever even came to our table.
Pretty good experience here, I don't usually rate big chain restaurants but felt this one deserved it. I got a steak and it initially came out well when order medium, I asked for a replacement and was immediately told no problem we will get it right out. They took the steak but left my sides, I thought they may just replace the steak but was happy to see when they returned my steak was cooked perfect and I had a fresh set of sides to go with it. They took a less than ideal situation and made it much better! Great job guys!
The chicken in the KIDS MEAL cheesy chicken pasta was sooo spicy, both kids didn't eat it. On my (I think its called the Santa Fe )salad, I only got 3 small slivers of Avocado, and again the chicken soooo spicy, I couldn't eat it. I didn't even put the Santa Fe sauce on the salad-the chicken was coated and covered in the seasoning. A lot of $$$ for a salad that was just romaine lettuce, tomatoes, not enough Avocado to mention, and chicken too spicy to eat. Should cut the seasoning at least in half on chicken, add black beans, cheese, & more Avocado..
