I love Chick-fil-A and usually it's my gold standard for fast food even after the standards of fast food have recently declined. Most fast food is usually just disgusting and not prepared properly or they don't put something in the bag..not to mention wait times in drive thru lines. Typically I can always count on Chick-fil-A to be on point and can honestly say I've never had any issues until now. I got a chicken biscuit the other day and the piece of chicken was smaller than a 50 cent piece It was much smaller than the biscuit and it just left me shocked more than anything. I didn't go back and complain or show them so they did not have an opportunity to make it right but I mean whomever put that piece of chicken on there clearly knew how disappointing it was lol. As always though the drive thru and service were great.
This is the most insanely busy and poorly laid out Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Will not go here again.
I used to live in the area and wanted to try it out on the way back to my hometown. Wow! I don’t know who was cooking today at lunch but it was absolutely the best Chick-fil-A Sandwich I have had in years! It was perfectly crispy, not soggy and perfect taste. I highly recommend a stop at this location whether local or tourist passing through. You will not be disappointed. The entire crew was top notch! I was this cook was in my town!
This is my first time going to Chick-fil-A in South Georgia this location is the closest one to me the service was great the employees were kind as always even though the lines were long it was pretty quick that I got through the line and everything was done quick and efficiently I definitely will be going back and I recommend anybody in that area or even if you’re looking for Chick-fil-A closest to you it’s a great location and they have some great people there
Slowest Chik Fl A I've ever been to and 35 minutes later when the order finally came out they not only got it wrong but items were missing. When I went back to get it changed to the correct orders the employees looked at each other dumbfounded and giggling as if they didn't mess the order up. Then they got the right item but still forgot the dressing. Lastly the staff was unprofessional, the establishment itself was generally dirty and unsightly. The bathrooms were disgusting and nearly all the tables were extremely messy. Avoid this particular Chik fil a.
Our person that took our order, Jacey, was so friendly. That's about where the expected chick fil a services ended. Waited about 20 minutes before someone came to deliver the food to the tables around us (all of whom had ordered well after us) when we told the little girl we ordered before them she said "well they might be cooking it" I explained that it was nuggets and a sandwich. We told her the name it was under and she said "oh yes, I had that, but I couldn't find your table marker." We hadn't moved the entire time. She brought us our food, which I am sure had been placed under the warmer in the bag from the first time. Bathrooms were in bad shape and some stalls were even out of toilet paper. Condiment stations were not stocked at all. There was a peice of glove in my mom's chicken sandwich. They were busy, but as a former chick fil a server and employee, I hold these workers to a much higher standard than would a "normal fast food" worker.
IDK why they don't properly communicate with staff what they can and cannot do. I asked a specific question and then was told they couldn't accommodate. The employees response to me stating i asked first was "we can give you a refund" with this look on his face. This second time I've been to this location . Rude ppl both times. Def not returning. Not the chic fil A customer service I'm accustomed to.
Best Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. The team at this restaurant is the best ever. While traveling, we stopped here to get a bite to eat on our way and just couldn't stop talking about how nice the staff was... Oh yes, the food was great also.
Drive thru seemed slower than expected but not a problem. Requested a spoon for my shake and was told it was in the bag. Not only was it not in the bag, neither was the fork for the mac-n-cheese. Overall, the food was good, just a little tricky with no utensils.
Very efficient place. Caught them recently on presidents day for early lunch and they were not busy at all. My food was done in no time. I've never been at that exit without traffic before but it was pleasant on presidents day 2022
