Horrible Experience!!! I went on a date with my boyfriend and chose here because I’m from Chicago so I just knew We would eat good and NOPE. Service was Bad… we didn’t get waited on at our table until 15 mins later and when we got our order took the waitress took three tables after us drinks and order.. theses ppl even got their FOOD!!! and we still didn’t have our food. My boyfriend even called the waitress over and asked we’re is our food other tables even have their food??? We waited another 10 mins for we just told them we’re leaving we paid for our drinks and then how amazing our food was now done as we’re about to pay for our drinks.. smh we told them no thanks we no longer want the food.. never again!!! Place was dirty and there wasn’t but two other tables before us and three tables came after us and got drinks and food as we waited 45mins for nothing ??♀️
First and last time going here. Very pricy for two pizzas and 6 wings (45.00). Pizza's were nothing special at all and very much lacking in flavor. Wings did not taste fresh at all and tasted more like they were made the day before and dried out. Staff is not very friendly at all and acted as if none really wanted to be there.. Not impressed on any level. We could have gotten a frozen pizza from the grocery store and had better flavor at a cheaper price for that matter.
we waited for 20 minutes to an hour after we ordered then the pizza was very burnt when I went to take a bite it was crumbling in my hand then my friend had to eat off a pizza pan and the bacon was not cooked all the way…. It was also 15% per person , there table setup was all over the place , bad costumer service and i also seen a roach crawling in the bathroom that had no tissue , all my food rounded up to 92 dollars this is very unexpected because of the good reviews that i’ve recently saw . If i could put ima zero star rate I WOULD !
They close at 10pm on Friday night. I tried to place an order at 9:15 for pickup and they told me they were closed! My last 3 orders have been overpriced and under-portioned for the money. I’ve been ordering from here for the better part of 20 years. No more. You can’t find “good help” these days and it’s true. These employees are killing what Mr Funk and his son built.
Just stopped on our way home from Florida and OMG close to the best pizza I have had... only problem was they don't have bbq sauce but a quick trip to Publix while it was cooking and all is good
2 star because the food was good but the staff were not very friendly at all... it was close to evening shift change. First time there and had no idea how it was done and not one person offered to explain to us. We sat for 5 min til we figured it out for ourselves... thanks hospitality counts for people wanting to return...
Nothing special about this place at all. Very expensive for what you get as well. The restaurant was very hot when we arrived, my wife & I were sweating withing 5 minutes of getting there. They don't serve wine either. What kind of Italian Restaurant doesn't serve red wine? Food was average but expensive. Can't recommend it & we would never eat here again. I been to worse places but this definitely isn't a place I would visit again.
This is definitely a popular place and luckily we were able to get a set. My Aunt only eats pepperoni pizza so we ordered pepperoni & mushrooms with hand toss crust. It was delicious ?. The fountain drinks had a very good taste too. It was my first time eating at Chicago Pizza and I definitely enjoyed it and will be back. It was my Aunt's second time and of course she enjoyed so much it she had to introduce me to it. I saw a lot of different things on the menu I'd like to try and am looking forward to doing just that on my future visit's.
AMAZING pizza and garlic bread!!! Adorable ambiance and super kind serving staff. I am so glad I visited - I will be back! You don't want to miss this place!
I have saw this place for 3 years and finally tried it. It was such a disappointment. Pizza sucked and had to wait on others food and when brought out had hair in it. When sent back and remade the second one was brought to table and also had hair in it. Customer service was definitely lacking.
