Eric at the drive thru window could not have been any more rude, he rolled his eyes at me and shut the window in my face. I tried to tdll him my order was wrong, I will NEVER go back to the TIFTON Captain D's.
Busy inside and out, but the crew were apologetic yet moved quickly to serve all. The fish was very hot, crispy and delicious. I would definitely return
Service was awful. Food was cold and overcooked. Everyone who was waiting on food was complaining about the wait time ( including myself). They've changed the fish. One piece we got when I checked my food before leaving with it was so small I literally laughed out loud at it right there at the counter. I'm done with Captain D's in Tifton!
Came at 9:40 and there were two black workers sitting outside. They said they were closed even though the website says they close at 10
When you visit Captain D's, you always know what to expect. If you've never had fried fish with malt vinegar, you don't know what you're missing!
Was really good got our order messed up but did fix it. Manager was really nice and fixed the order.
Always have to stop to get a meal when traveling through Tifton. Food is prepared when ordered and is always hot and delicious. This location is the best location anywhere hands down.
Staff was very friendly and sweet, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Fish were soggy, no cruch, and very small. Fries weren't their usual and were soggy as well. Very disappointed.
Each Captain D's is a separate experience. This particular restaurant was really good, the fish was cooked perfectly. The place was exceptionally clean,
