We have stopped a couple of times this week for breakfast. One inside visit, the other we used the drive thru. Fast and friendly both times.We have sampled the ham and egg biscuit, the Cajun filet biscuit x2, the steak biscuit and the Cheddar-Bo. All were very fresh and of good portions for the price. The Cajun filet is actually much larger than the biscuit.We were impressed with the taste and quality.Only downside we experienced was a posted food cleanliness score of 89 (B).But we will definitely be back
I ordered the 2 piece white meat chicken meal and my sides were mash potatoes with gravy and dirty rice and of course a biscuit came with the meal. I had sweet tea to drink. Customer service at the drive through was excellent! The chicken wing was dry. The chicken breast didn’t taste right and the flour on the chicken was not cooked thoroughly because it was doughy! The mash and gravy was ok. Could of used more gravy. The dirty rice was dry but the flavor was ok. The tea wasn’t good and it needed more sugar.
This is our first time at Bojangles. Our daughter had it in the past and said it was good so we gave it a try. Service was a little slow and sketchy but the food was delicious. We all had chicken sandwiches and fries. The fries were seasoned and (mostly) crispy. The sandwiches were flavorful, juicy, and delicious! We don't have these where we're from but if we're traveling and it's available we would definitely eat here again!
This would be a one star if it were not for Wanda. She was very friendly and helpful. We went inside as we were not in a hurry and the drive through was wrapped around the building. We were ignored at the counter until Wanda came over to help. Once we sat down another employee was speaking very loudly about needing to close the dining rooms and she wasn’t happy we came in to eat. We were the only ones inside for awhile. Another gentleman came in and was ignored as well but just left. Can’t believe we were told we were not welcome there. Always seek out a Bo’s when traveling because it’s always great food and service. This one should not carry the Bo’s name.
This was the 1st time I've ever been to this restaurant at this location., The 1st impressions were the dining area and it was dirty there were lots of tables with trash and the tables were dirty. The lady who took my order was very nice butWhen I walked over to the area to get my drinks it was dirty, liquid everywhere on the counter's.. When they finally called me to come get my order the gentleman called back the entire order to me and it sounded correct, now to my fault I did not look through each Box I felt like he called out everything correctly and I grabbed my stuff and left I had many orders. When I got to my daughter's house And opened up all the boxes my grandson's meal was missing his Mac and cheese, I was also missing my large coleslaw. I did not even drive backup there to get these forgotten things.. I will never go back
Homeless people hang out at the drive thru speaker and harass you to buy them a meal. I informed an employee and they acted as if they didn’t care. This isn’t a one time incident. I eat there weekly and have been harassed on several occasions.
Went last night, 2/26, I had THE WORST customer service. I think it was the manager rolled her eyes at eyes at me when I asked for more sauce when she handed me one of each after I ordered the 20 pc family meal with extra sides and drinks. When I asked for other things, she was sort of tossing them to me. It was really unprofessional, unprovoked be as a customer, you will ask for things before you drive off. She was just AWFUL.This was the first time I went there after 3 years since my last horrible experience, but my dad really wanted Bojangles. He said day shift is never that rude and was appalled at night sifts behavior. She. I ordered the 20 piece she said “YOURE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT! WE DONT KEEP CHICKEN LIKE THAT” it was 6:30pm! What in the world do you do? Make everyone wait 20 minutes for fried chicken? Then I ordered Mac and cheese, “YOURE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT ON THAT TOO!” Like holy moly! Not working and messing around and not having food ready. I probably interrupted a Tik tok video, hence the bad attitudes.
This Bojangles has excellent food and the servers are so sweet. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I only eat the supreme chicken strips and they get me right everytime. Everyone that I've encountered through their Drive-thru(lobby closed)were nice and pleasant.
Food was hot and fresh. Crispy chicken, great biscuits, coleslaw, dirty rice, Mac and cheese and refreshing ice tea.
