Obviously, food was prepared with no issues. They were very busy, so it took a minute. My biggest concern was the lack of masks. People in close quarters in the kitchen, and lots of visitors coming through the restaurant (most with no masks). It left me uncomfortable. No fault of the staff, I guess. It just makes me more hesitant to stop for food on road trips in the future. If you can't wear a mask, can I trust you to wash your hands?
It's Arby's, likely you have had it before. Typical for any fast food, you don't go for the presentation. Overall it was good. I had the brisket sandwich and even for that it was a little on the fatty side. But it's fast food brisket so what could I ask for. It still tasted as it should and was good.
Asst Manager was friendly and made us feel sincerely welcomed. Service was quick. Food good and seating area was cleaned.
Had an issue with an online order and the manager was very helpful and patient and helped me work it out!

My wife and I travel quite a bit and Arby's is one of our favorite places to stop. This particular restaurant was under staffed on the day we visited. Our roast beef sandwiches were not what we expected but we didn't want to criticize the staff because they were doing the best they could.
Food is Ok. Dining room is not open because of the worker shortage. Employees did the best they could.
