Ordered boneless wings through drive through and was served raw chicken. Not undercooked…just straight up raw. I am concerned since that means they mixed everything with raw chicken. This makes me feel sick and disgusted. Whoever cooked and plated my food on 1/1/2022 around 9pm~ needs to be evaluated. I don’t need to state the obvious but that is a huge liability if things were to go south.

Horrible food .. ordered boneless wings meal and they gave some burnt hard pieces which was not even chicken.. fries were not fresh. Total trash food.Please do not order from here just wasted my money.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Time and time again they get the order wrong/have the most skimpy pieces of chicken, horrid tasting fries and soggy or burnt toast. I find it hard to believe they have a 4 star rating, must have paid for promotion and bought a bunch of fake reviews.

I left my card a while back & a team member covered it for me. The food was good & I was happy! Love this location!!
I understand lunchtime is busy but 25 min to get fast food. Then after the long wait the whole order is wrong. Had to go back and wait 10 more minutes. Always go to this Zaxby’s because of convenience but almost every-time something is wrong with the order.
I don't waste my time going here anymore. I don't do drive-thru and this place randomly opens the dining room and closes at odd times. Sometimes I would go at 8p and get in and other times they would be closed at 6:30p. Get together Zaxbys.
