This is the only zaxbys near my house. I went there last week and the line was long but I wasn't in a hurry. The line was moving very slowly and as I got closer to the menu to order I noticed lights going out around the building. I looked at my clock and realized that it was only a few minutes till closing time. I then noticed a young man come out of the back door with a hand held device start to take orders from people that hasn't ordered yet. I realized he was getting everyone's orders in the computer so that the staff could start working on multiple orders at once. I thought that was very kind of this manager to make sure that all of the customers in line before closing would get their good. What AMAZING customer service!!
Just got home with a 20 piece Family meal, no sauces and a little box of fries that has no more than 10-12 fries. I call the store manager and explain to them the order and the problem and that we are on a job site and don’t have enough time to run back up there, I’m 20 minutes away, I can’t lose 40 minutes of time to correct their failure. He said….”no problem, next time you are up here IF YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT we will give you three sauces and a fry.,Never again will I set foot in that store. He acted like he was going to do me a favor by giving me what he left off at a later date.
The food was delicious. The service a little slow but picked up and kept moving.
Food is good, is Zaxby’s! Service so so! Had to repeat my order, and at the window they knew how much I owe, but not what I ordered! Also told them I want half ice and got it slap full with ice!
Every Zaxby's at night be prepared to wait 30 min in line to receive your food. Food was not super warm but could have been due to 10 min drive home. Usually gets order correct however and glad to see them taking orders with people In the drive thru!

I ordered a house zalad. The bowl was 3/4 full. Probably 3 pieces of cucumber and saw one tiny fried onion. Pitiful. I went to Florida on vacation and ordered the same thing last December. The bowl was completely full even touching the lid. Lots of cucumbers and fried onion.
This my first time at this Zaxby’s restaurant and won’t be back. I ordered a house salad and when I got home to eat, there was a smashed roach on my salad dressing. I called and one of the managers won’t do a thing. I was really looking forward to eating this salad, but now I’m disgusted to even eat anything from this place. A complete waste of money when their salads aren’t cheap!!
My employer, Dish Corp., purchased food for the employees today. To our dismay, chicken salads had no chicken (after all, most people purchase salad with the chicken in it since it is a chicken restaurant) and the sanwiches did not have any sauces in them or as a condiment pack with them. It was a disaster. I stopped by there on my way home and told the person about my experience and asked her to swap my salad since I did not eat it at work and my employer had paid for it anyways (more than 60 meals were purchased for employees). Zaxby's employee refused to give me a salad claiming that the chicken for the salad had been sent to our location but none of us got any! All I was asking for was a salad with chicken in it and I took my chickenless salad to them and they refused. What a cheap and pitiful way to treat customers especially when it's a company who made the purchase. I have the whole thing on video and will post it for everyone to see. Never will I ever go to a Zaxby´s again. Keep your chicken.
