Great pizza, I get the keto friendly crust to limit my carbs.
We visit here 2609 Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee, GA at least 2/3 a week. Yesterday we went here and I tend to order the gluten free crust/preference pizza. I tell the lady my toppings and one of them was plant based meat. I’m at the register…we paid. By this time we’re already 15/20 minutes in eating at our table. The cashier comes to us and tells us that she forgot to charge us $1.00 for the plant based meat. I looked at her and said “are you kidding me?” She said, “I’m sorry but I was told by the owners to come charge you.” I get it trust me I do…but for a $1.00? Now, these were my thoughts…they lost a customer that spends $36/$37 2/3 a week for a $1.00. I hope the Indian lady sees this review. Not happy at all. Lost a customer. ??
I am giving this franchise location of Your Pie only two stars. They are getting the two stars because the pastas and pizzas are good. My daughter enjoys the gelato and the high school kids that work there are fantastic and very hardworking. The manager, though (perhaps the owner?) is losing them the three stars. We ordered a CAPRESE SALAD per the picture on their website. It came looking completely different. We also ordered a HOUSE GREEK SALAD per the pic on the website and it was also completely different. The salads were almost all greens and nothing else. I should have checked before I left but I trusted that they wouldn't misrepresent their menu. We called to request a refund and the manager said that everything is chopped now. I explained while she continued to talk over me that there is almost nothing else in the salad but greens and a few tiny pieces of mozzarella and tomato (same with the greek salad). That not providing a product as pictured on your website is illegal and not good business practice. It is misrepresentation. She continued to argue with me and finally offered to either remake the salad or a refund BUT we had to drive all the way back there to receive either. What?! How is that good customer service?! How is it appropriate to say anything in this case other than I am so sorry and we will make it right. We won't be back anytime soon unless things change.
I ordered 2 pizzas on 04-Apr-2022, a double pepperoni and a plain. The pepperoni had little meat on it - nothing like the photo in their ad. The plain actually had more topping. I don't know how this place has a 4.7 star rating. My experience was mediocre. Should get a better pie for $18.
First time in, if you get a 1 topping, its not worth the price but everything else is a great deal. These people work hard too. 1 guy took our order, made our food, rung us up and delivered it to the table in about 11 min, during a lunch rush. Impressive.
I like the pizza here a lot. You get to pick all your favorite toppings, and they also have salads, sandwiches, and gelato. Also a great selection of local beer!Staff at this location is always friendly and helpful.
Awesome pizzas. We can pick the ingredients that we want in the pizza and see it getting flame grilled. Our favorites are the bread bowl salad and fresh cheeses and veggies. The service is fantastic as well.
We love this location!!! Everyone is so friendly and the pizza is delicious! We are here at least once a week!
It was good. Still like it. Second time we've been to one of these. The first was great, they had a ton of beer options, outdoor space, in a little town square area, it was big and open inside. This one was still good, but it wasn't as good. The other has big tvs in the line so you could see the menu and the drinks. This one just wasn't quite as up on decor either. But, it was still good. I'd still go back. Can't say anything negative about it. Well, maybe, they need more beers and more interesting beers. But it was a good time. I liked watching the Olympics on three tvs at once, it was a good time. We'll go back.
Enjoyed a slice of heaven here today! Very friendly staff, love that you can get white or wheat crust (they even have Keto friendly crust) and that you can get whatever toppings you'd like! The pizza are cooked to a perfect with a little crisp but not too much. This location was very clean and inviting. Highly recommend!
