This location is so nice! Everyone there were so welcoming. Very clean and everything was delicious!! 100% recommended!
Easy ordering. Quick delivery. However it’s like any advertised photo. What I got versus what was shown seems to be two different things. Hopefully my next pie will have quality, full pie of the ingredients like the photo that they advertised.
Really good pizza that is made directly in front of you. It tasted great and the staff was very pleasant. I was in Suwanee doing business but will definitely come again the next time I am in town.
My worst experience was at the 3370 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd Suite #100 location on 5/13/22 with Derius or Curderius McBride. He stated that he was the manager when I mentioned that I witnessed a male employee touching and playing in his hair while in the presence of food. Derious became very defensive and made excuses for the employee by stating that the employee "was probably stretching". Derius continued to brush off my concern and refused to issue me a refund after I requested a refund several times. He stated that I needed to request a refund online since I paid online (yourpie.com) which I knew was a lie. He also stated that the store does not receive the revenue for online orders which I knew he was dumber than dumb when he made that statement. He said he does not know who receives the revenue when I asked who received my money. After literally going back and forth with him, he finally refunded my money back. I informed him that I would be contacting Corporate regarding my experience; he laughed and brushed me off again. I also recorded the terrible encounter with him and will mail it to Corporate as well as post it on social media. In addition to the place be unsanitary/yucky, I typed all of this to say that Derius lacks professionalism, has poor customer service skills and is not qualified for management. I am a Corporate Director and hope that immediate action is taken regarding my feedback.
We tried 2 different pizza types, bbq chicken and pepperoni. I preferred the BBQ but both were affordable and arrived hot to my door. I’ll be back!
I Ended up here because the new spot across the street wasn't open on that day. Now that I've had both, I actually prefer Your Pie.I was the only customer in the place, my pie was made, cooked, and served quickly and efficiently.Recommended.
Love the fact I can get a pizza perfect for 1 person with any toppings I want. The price is definitely affordable and perfect for lunch or early dinner.
Karishma promised me a refund Feb 3 because an employee openly sneezed around the food (after she argued with me that we all sneeze and I should’ve understood as the ovens are hot but cold air gets drafted in when people walk in and out). It’s now been a month, I’ve followed up 3 times and no refund. I didn’t accept the pizzas because I knew I wouldn’t eat it and I even asked for a gift card so that I can visit another location and was refused. Horrible customer service and very unsanitary. I don’t know who Wants to pay for food someone is openly sneezing around but it’ll never be something I accept.
I came here on feb 2 and ordered 3 pies. one of the makers (the manager that night) was sneezing openly and spat his gum into a trash that was right by the oven (spat it out not placed it in a napkin or anything) and then didn't wash his hands. I informed the guy making my pizza of what I saw and asked that that person not touch my pizza .still he did so I refused the pizza and they said they couldnt give me a refund. spoke to the owner's wife who hung up on me after stating that sneezing openly around food is normal especially since we all have colds. eventually she did agree to refunding me but here we are a month later and no refund. I called again a week and a half ago and she pretended to be a regular employee and take down my info to "call you right back in a few minutes" and still nothing. I asked for a gift card in lieu of a refund and was refused. $37 for no pizza because they have nasty practices. it's unfortunate and I've now escalated it with my bank to get my refund but I never should've had to do all of that especially when I did not leave with the food.
Love how you can build your own pizza. The crust is super thin, so you can actually taste the fresh ingredients and not fill up on crust! Room for dessert!
