Dennis was amazing. His personality is so welcoming and wonderful. I walked in for lunch. He took the time to explain how everything works and the food was amazing. Please give Dennis a free meal or maybe even a raise. I love when I’m treated like royalty. It is so hard to find great customer service like Dennis gave me. Because of him, I will be back!
Went and ordered a burger with NO cheese for my child. I was very very clear about no cheese. And then it came with cheese. No biggie. I get it.Told them and they took it back. Fine. It happens. They "made" a new one. They brought it out from the back and showed me the burger and I left. Got home and there was still cheese all over it. They just tried to scrape it off. That's inconsiderate and dangerous to people that can't eat it. Totally unacceptable.
Just reading recent reviews and breaks my heart that I have had a great experience from here last year and also had a good customer service experience as well and wander if those staff members have left and sounded like a whole family had bitter burgers this location definitely needs to improve on food quality and customer service
Got our food quick despite how busy it was because of the super bowl. Wings were crispy with the sauce.
Wings were soggy and wet on the inside so undercooked! Fries were soggy and it looked like they just rushed and tossed everything in the box so carelessly! The drinks were spilled and disgusting. I did use DoorDash but my cameras showed my doordasher handling the food with care and drove up to my house carefully I 100% believe this was from the restaurant employees. I asked for crispy wings and they gave me soggy wings and the wrong flavor when I called the lady didn’t care at all that my order was wrong. And the chicken STINKS. Do not recommend at ALL!
My family and I stopped at the Lawrenceville Suwanee location tonight after a basketball tournament and ordered several burgers and a 12in philly meal. Once we got home and began to eat I noticed my philly was quite salty. I just wrapped it back up and decided I was done with that as I wasn't compelled to drive all the way back for 1 sandwich. At that same time, one of my little ones stated her burger tasted bitter. I walked over to examine it and noticed the burger was extremely charred. I proceeded to cut off the charr so she could finish her meal. As I was doing this, my son stated his tasted bitter too. It was also very charred. That prompted me to ask the two others that ordered burgers how there's were and my mom stated "It was bitter and gross", my husband stated, "It was ok but I had too much charr". At that point I called the restaurant and explained this to a lady who stated they would remake the food if I brought it back to which I replied that I instead wanted a refund. Already disgusted at this point, not only with the situation but also the fact that it was now almost 10pm and I had to get back out in 29 degree weather to address this as I had spent a fair amount of money on a largely inedible meal, I proceeded to gather the food and return to the store. When I arrived the staff examined the food and the owner proceeded to argue with me on how I am just complaining as she has had 200 people there today with the same cooks and I was the ONLY one to complain. She was rude and argumentative and I felt completely unheard or valued as a customer. I received a partial refund and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
This place had excellent sauce! Great size wings. The service was spectacular. Above and beyond. We will be back!
Food is terrible these days!!!!! Staff/cooks has changed…wouldn’t recommend unless you just in the mood to waste some money!!!!! Chicken NO GOOD!!!!!
This branch is the absolute BEST. Last minute large office dinner was a hit. The food was amazing and everyone was full. Having to work and eat at the same time, my food got cold. You better believe it was still yummy. Now you know it’s bomb if it helluva good cold! And the staff were super helpful.
The wings are pretty good, very flavorful but DO NOT get onion rings from here. Honestly it upsets me that they even advertise having onion rings because they are in fact not an onion at all. It's a fried circle of somewhat onion tasting mush and I was truly disappointed but now I know?
