Food and service was a complete let down. Ordered one of their new chicken sandwich meals, and everything about the experience was not good.
The heavy set Latina (Mexican) woman at the drive through window (in her late 30’s/40’s) is extremely RUDE & RACIST toward BLACK CUSTOMERS.I personally experienced her today, 3/18/22, at the drive through at lunch time. However, anyone that observes how she interacts with Black customers will immediately notice this.The franchise owner needs to address this immediately.
Ordered a Large Baconator Combo and two 4 count Spicy Nuggets with extra ranch on the side. Paid for everything and did not receive the two 4 count Nuggets or the sides of ranch. The guy working in the drive through was rushing me through my order and rushing me through the window. Never gave me a receipt, either. Not cool, especially since you forgot my stuff.
They stuffed 5 meals In one bag. And when I dissected the bag of course half my items were missing, no apology or anything
Self serve soft drink machine overflowing onto floor creating unsafe and unclean conditions. Staff stated that they could not control. Cashier not too interested or enthusiastic in my order, consequently me. Food not good enough to get me back.
Had the special bacon egg and cheese biscuits for a dollar they were great
I got super sick from eating here. I have never gotten sick from eating out anywhere past 10 years including other fast food places.I am staying away from this place even if they gave out free food.
Placed my order inside and took it home. When I got home and checked my order it was missing a side of fries. I did however get a bonus cheese burger that someone had already taken a bite out of! Won’t be returning to this place!
Good service only problem is they do not offer Apple Pay or Google Pay, and in the drive through you can not make multiple orders.
