The absolute worst customer service I have received in a long time. Didn’t even get a chance to get my food the dude taking orders at the drive through was terrible. 05/10/22 whoever was working the drive through has no business being employed there. Will never go to this Wendy’s again even though it is across the street from my house.
1st,the cashier at the window bummed a cigarette ? off me,the lady at the windows fingers and nails looked as if she'd been tilling a garden.I had to ask several times for 3 straws while she stared in space.my sons fries were fine,but the large and medium that my wife and I ordered were pretty much all crumbs.she said her Chilli was cold,and I should have taken a picture of the bacon ? bits that were supposed to represent my #8.The thing is this Wendy's location is normally good,I Don't know if it's untrained new employees or an unqualified manager ??♂️.Just my humble opinion. #I❤food!
Burger patties were small and over done. I use to really like the Dave's double but now it was a real let down. The French fries were not very good either despite their new claims of better fries.
I really need to stop coming to this particular Wendy's. I'm not sure how difficult it is to understand "no pickles" but this place seems to have a really hard time with this little request. Then their apology, if you can call it that, is so weak. I only stopped there because the Burger King across the street was closed and I had just returned home from traveling all day.
Had a positive experience at this Wendy’s. The drive thru guy named L was pleasant,welcoming and respectful. Would be happy to come back soon.
Came to this location for a coffee and seasoned potatoes. Everything was cold even the coffee. The staff customer service was underwhelming. Just a horrible experience.
I went to this location and asked for 5 fresh sugar cookies as I’ve done multiple times a week I was told they were fresh, they ended up giving me some very hard stale cookies and when I brought it to their attention and asked if I could have them made fresh, I was told that’s as fresh as the cookies were going to get. What kind of customer service is that ?? This location always have the rudest employees.
Food wasn’t horrible. Words don’t even explain. The young man who wears blue sport jacket, gave me a large box of fries but filled it as if it was a small, I had to return it back to him & I didn’t even had to say nothing, he immediately ran to go fill it.. what does that sound like? Sarcasm! I order a large #6 spicy chicken sandwich. The wrapper had a hole on the sandwich wrap, then my mayo was falling off the sandwich!!! Since when is mayo that drippy? That’s ridiculous!! Someone had to spray something on my sandwich for it to be wrap twice (2x) !! I will never come to Wendy’s again! He literally messed up the entire food culture of Wendy’s. #HireMoreProfessionalPeople #SMH
Pulled in drive thru at 11:55pm, I know, risky of me :) (restaurant closes at 12am) and they took my order without hesitation, I’ll be sure to keep this one on my late night list of go to’s!
Absolutely wonderful service I commend all the employees here and for anyone out of town anywhere else the Wendy's elsewhere need to model themselves after the amazing work this team had done tonight all of y'all have done a wonderful job I wish there was a way I could show my appreciation more than just this message and review but good job guys I'm very proud of y'all coming from a manager myself of a store in a ellijay wonderful job guys congratulations
