I will not go here ever again the lady at the front counter is so rude to paying customers!! I switched my order last minute and she said that’s something you should not do- I’m sorry but I’m the customer I can change my order if I want too!! This place has really bad customer service and the lady at the front should retire she hates her life and takes it out on the customers!!! You have been warned avoid this place!!!
I would NEVER COME BACK. Horrible service. You will not be able to pick up extra napkins, forks, small sauce dishes. She will give you the look. Food taste is what you get for what you pay. Just choose to go other places in the mall.
I didn't have a chance to eat the food because of terrible service. I attempted to get the udon and tonkatsu combo ($8.99--a great deal) but the front desk lady said the food is going to take a while. I inquired how long it will take and the cook in the back shouted out, "We don't have time to make it. Just tell her it's going to take a long time." Obviously they don't feel a need to serve everyone.
An American casual Japanese restaurant with a reasonable price. Their cold soba noodle with donkatsu (pork cutlet) was not bad.
Very inexpensive and tasty place to eat at that is inside the Assi Supermarket. Numerous sushi options to choose from. They also have large sushi plates for big group occasions. Generous portions on their entire menu too. I do recommend the Eel over Rice and the Sashimi Salad Bowl. As it gets close to closing, they will usually offer 50% off their pre-rolled sushi they laid out for sale during the day.
