So everything was insanely delicious. Omurice fried rice pork was delightful and a large portion. Tekka don is beautifully arranged and the quality of the tuna was very good. TORO!! Melts in your mouth. Okonomiyaki was HUGE and very very tasty. Then last but least the sea bass carpaccio. Not only was it arranged pretty but the cut and the bite was perfect. Thank you to the lady making the sushi she did everything right! And the server was sweet and very accommodating. Thank you!! Oh yea! They have Moogicha!!!! See you soon!
Japanese home style cooking at it's best. They make authentic Japanese dishes served in a homey environment. I highly recommend trying their seafood okonomiyaki (it's a sort of savory pancake filled with cabbage and shrimp and topped with thin sliced dried fish and sauce), their tofu avocado salad, or their daily specials for a taste of what Japan is really like, but everything on their menu is delicious.
What a hidden jem. You can't see it from the main road. This is an authentic Japanese restaurant with many items to chose from. The chef/owner is from Okinawa and Michelle was the best hostess/server/owner/bartender.She was very hospitable, gracious and kind. This was a wonderful dining experience of epic proportion and I look forward to eating another 7-8+ menu items. The tuna was very fresh. The calamari legs were perfectly cook, crispy yet not chewy. The assortment of pickled items were excellent.Just remember that this is a mom and pop shop and you should support them as much as possible. They are a part of the community and they want to see you enjoy foods from, not just Japan but from their hearts.
The food was very good. Table ordered sushi and ramen. The sushi took a long time but the ramen came out quick. Just a long wait but would go again; they had the freshest yellowtail I've ever had.
Ordered takeout from here tonight. Really enjoyed the experience. Ambience was simple but they use the space really well to separate areas inside. Hostess/waitress was very kinda and attentive.Ordered the okonomiyaki, delicious. Fluffier than I am used to. Tan tan noodles were not my favorite, but then again I was expecting Dan Dan noodles, their had a more distinct nutty flavor. Appetizers also would have been better in person. Expected more crunch, and not chewy after getting home.Lots on their menu, will return to try some other options.
Great food. Loved it. Had oyakudon which couldnt find anywhere else. Great comfort food.
Absolutely amazing food and incredibly nice staff. Everything we ordered was delicious. Will definitely be back next time I’m in GA!
They served traditional Japanese family owned food.
Order the seafood ramen too salty, and the sashimi looks not fresh
Everything we had was excellent, the server was lovely and the atmosphere was wonderful. This is exactly what we've been searching for! The menu is perfect if you know Japanese food - definitely try the cold noodle salad!
