This review only receives a 2 star rather than 1 to give some type of leniency due to the labor shortage that is going on.Our waitress, Daphne, must have been new to waiting tables because we did not receive refills on our drinks nor were ever checked on after the food was delivered until she came to drop off the bill. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it's a lack of quality training, but then again I could be wrong and it could be a character flaw of hers. I don't know.The food wasn't up to its normal quality, but that's on the cook; not Daphne.
It's like hv'g breakfast with family. The staff is constantly communicating with you, laughing with each other and always making sure that you have anything you need and want?
Came here a week and a half ago around 5 am and was told they weren't serving anyone because the grill was down....we just wanted waffles...Came this morning at 4:45 am to find a "To-Go Only" sign on the door. The staff was friendly and food was good but we were disappointed because we wanted to sit and kill time.
I’m about 5 days postpartum / post c- section and a family member ordered food for takeout this morning. My eggs had eggshells in them. They also left out syrup for my waffles and messed up a couple family members’ orders and then wouldn’t answer the phone when we called. Please order your breakfast elsewhere. This location is awful.
The order was incorrect. When I asked for the correct item I had ordered , there was an attitude. The food was cold. Very disappointed. The servers were more interested in conversing with each other than taking care of the customers .I will find another waffle house because I like the food when it is correct and warm .
How to get my money back!I went in! & ordered take out! & I left a huge tip because I saw how busy they were! Well well!!! I need all of it back!They forgot my sausages! (So sad) one waffle burned to a crisp felt like a brick! The other was half done! No grits I ordered (so sad) & the eggs were don’t!This is ridiculous! I ask that the team to all look in the mirror & try & do better!
Eggs did not have cheese as requested but good food overall and great service.

Great service and the food came out extremely fast compared to other waffle houses, even though this location was very busy at the time.
When we walked in there was a huge line and every table was full. We were there at 10:30 AM this Sunday morning. This guy was at the cash register trying to get everybody out so there would be new space for the people coming in. He also was my waiter. He was multitasking and getting more done than almost anybody else in there and he was a rock star in my opinion. I don't know how they could survive without him because he was fantastic. I'm not sure I'm spelling his name right, but I think it was Kairi Dickinson. Thanks Kairi for making life work.
