You will LOVE this place!I will definitely be back! The service was great with Marquez. Then I heard from Will who took me back to my roots in Chicago. I ordered the cheese and sausage pizza deep-dish Chicago style and it was impeccable! The crust was delicious, cheese was heated to perfection and the sausage was on point! It was great. I love the restaurant decor with the Empire State and Sears Tower (old school) buildings modeled in pennies when you first come in. Perfect place for any day to dine in.
We like Two Cities Pizza. The cheese pizza is yummy (very cheesy) and so are other NY style pizzas. They offer dairy free cheese and cauliflower crust pizzas. The outdoor seating is great and so is the service. The prices are a little high but not exorbitant. My only gripe is the limited number of appetizers. Overall, I recommend this place if you’re craving pizza.
Save your money….. conveyor belt oven on pre-made crust, flash frozen sausage like dominos. We were so hoping to have another option for a real NY style pizza. The place is real nice and the staff were all attentive. While eating our pie, the wife and I were discussing the appearance and taste when one of the managers visited the table. It was our first visit and I complemented them on the staff and atmosphere. While chatting, I asked about their ovens. I mentioned that I had been in the pizza business in the past and I recognized that the crust had not been cooked on a hot stone/pizza oven. The manager said yea we use the conveyor chain ovens to keep up with the volume. We then discussed the sausage that was revealed to be flash frozen. Upon further observance and looking at other pies coming out, it appeared that the crust may be pre made as well. We notice no bubbles or irregularities the are usually found while doing hand tossed. Conclusion. Atmosphere and staff are great, but the pies? If you want an inexpensive pie with frozen inexpensive ingredients settle for the dominos pizza and save yourself a good bit of money.
Tasty pizza but honestly a bit pricey. Can't say that it's an authentic replica of the famous New York and Chicago style pizzas but it's still a yummy meal. Abundant patio and indoor seating. Roof top is lovely and a fun atmosphere. Keep in mind, roof top is for takeout orders so you can't really sit up there and get table service but there is a bar up there so just grab a drink, a togo box of pizza and a seat.
More than half the tables were empty but they said it would be a 45 minute wait, so they suggested we get take out from the To go window and take it to the upstairs patio that is first come / sit where you want. The patio was nice, there’s a bar up there so you can order drinks/get water and it was kiddo friendly. The take out took 50 minutes and they give you no napkins or plates even though you’re eating it there. You can’t get any! So we ate everything out of the box. No wiping hands. The pizza was pretty good, cheese bread was good. They were out of mozzarella sticks. Not worth $65 for a couple pizzas. Could be a cool experience with some adjustments. It was very meh.
First time visit - opted for the Chicago style. Very good, especially the crust, as you would expect from good Chicago pizza. Chunky, tomato ? sauce. Had the Windy City...and swapped the onions for mushrooms. The upper terrace would be a great place to hang in the evening when the weather is better; today was cooler and wet after the rain. Definitely a family place too, but plenty of large screens for March Madness/sport enthusiasts. Next time I'll try the New York style pizza.
So far, this place is a nice addition to Suwanee. We usually go to Mellow Mushroom for pizza, which is always good but decided to try this place. The décor is nice and modern, we can tell they spent a lot on furniture and embellishments. We went on a Friday night, the wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes. We got two different pizzas, one was the Capone Chicago style and the other was half Gotham Gangster & half Miss Brooklyn New York style. For drinks we had a Mango Bourdon Freeze and Frozen Sangria. The drinks could have been a little stronger but still good. As far as pizza, my husband liked the Chicago style pizza, he said the dough was a different texture than he’s used to having but still good. I had the half and half pizza, the Gotham Gangster was good but I wouldn’t get the Miss Brooklyn again. Long story short, we’d try this pizza place again once the hype dies down a bit also we'd like to eat on the upstairs patio when the weather gets warmer.
Great atmosphere- Visited for the first time and was seriously impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the responsiveness of the service. We ordered 3 Chicago pizzas, however they have NY a style pizza as well. Will definitely be visiting again soon
This place is so cute! Well lit, nicely decorated and the location is perfect! Went on a Friday night, it was about an hour wait but HEY! that’s average for a Friday night anywhere near Atlanta. The appetizer meatballs and my drink were my absolute favorite! I like that I had the option to try two different New York pizzas by asking for half and half. Service was amazing! I can’t wait to come back and try something different!
First off the place is beautiful. The rooftop bar is something that’s been missing in Suwanee. This one has plenty of seating and two places to sit by the fire. They have a couple of huge booths for larger parties. They have a bunch of local beers. The pizza is incredible and the Parmesan fries are a must. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be frequenting Two Cities. Thanks for choosing Suwanee.
