We order from Tropical smoothie often. The sandwich and drinks are great but they always make a mistake. I didn't receive chips on 2 different orders. They forgot my smoothie and had to redeliver. Today, I got corn instead of kale salad as my side. I ordered as Chu for a delivery order today. I tried calling the store to ask and the phone continued to ring until it hung up on it's own. Please review your orders before sending them out because unfortunately my job does not allow me to leave.
Really positive experience, customer service was great. Cashier with the pink ensemble head to to was so friendly and helpful. Always good quality food.
Yummy smoothies! The staff is very friendly and welcoming at this location. They also were very patient while I looked over the menu. This was my first time coming to this location,but it definitely will not be my last!
Foods always good but the staff seemed unhappy with my presence. I've had better receptions at other TSC establishments that I've frequented.
I came here for the first time to get food for my father who is trying to eat healthy. Rhere is not many food choices but the smoothie was great. He lived it all. Very clean inside and great service. The cashier is a very pretty young lady. Very helpful
The ladies here do a fantastic job. They make the Grand Slam smoothie to perfection. And the Thai wrap is always a good choice
I've always had good experiences but this time the cashier was rude and four people that ordered after me receive their order before me and all I ordered was one smoothie
With the Delta C19 variant going around, you’d think a good establishment would take proper precautions. Everyone in there making smoothies and food was not wearing gloves or masks. Usually I’m not too concerned with masks, but in this case, they were breathing and touching food with their hands.
Sandwichs here are very good. Staff is friendly and they let us eat inside!!
