Sooo we went because this place was rumored to be owned by the same owners who own another popular seafood boil place. Prices seemed fair so we ordered 4 lbs of live crawfish and 3 lbs of snow crab plus extra corn and potatoes, and sauce. Cajun spicy.Crawfish was cooked well, the snow crab had a slight fishy smell. Like it was not fresh or had been sitting there. Also the seasoning is fishy. The sauce it’s self had a fishy weird taste. I had to makeshift come up with one with what i had in my pantry. The corn had a weird waxy texture and the potatoes were over cooked so they were just disintegrating. Also the flavor of the sauce did not exist it was just salty.We spent about $170 for the worst seafood dinner on Mother’s Day. I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This place was great when it opened. Within a year they raised the B1 from 20.99 to 28 dollars. Completely overpriced when there is so many other seafood restaurants that offer a much better value. Staff is also rude. Ordered online and when I picked up was charged 5 dollars more that the online price. Would not honor online price.
I ordered the fish plate , fish wasn’t even cooked all the way through . it was like they just dropped in hot grease and called it a day very upset …… if I could I would give them a negative
They need to shut this place down. False advertisement and the food is old and frozen. I asked for mild and they gave me spicy! The crab legs were small and had a funny taste. The lobster was so tough and hard to chew I end up throwing it away. A waste of money and time . I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to eat here.
I’ve gotten crawfish multiple times here but this has been the worst. I placed an order for 3lbs of crawfish, 2lbs of snow crab legs, 1lb of green mussels, corn, and broccoli with two separate orders of noodles. When I came to pick it up 30min after the order was called in, the noodles were not separate from the tray as requested. The total I was given was 60$ more than I was told on the phone, bringing it to $168. Turns out, instead of 1lb green mussels, the order was put in for 2lbs of deveined and deshelled shrimp. They offered to redo the tray for me but at that point, I had people waiting on the dinner so I didn’t have the time for them to fix it. Therefore, I paid for it and went home with the food.Everyone is human so I already got over the fact that my order was wrong. The part that got me is I paid $168 for:- soggy corn- soft/mushy crawfish - you can tell they’re not fresh and had an after taste- soft snow crab legs that was hard to remove from the shell as the crab meat was sticking to it- plain noodles even though I requested it with butter/garlicI feel like I paid $168 for leftover food.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It’s my new seafood spot! I ordered their shrimp po’boy. The Shrimp was REALLY good compared to other places I’ve tried and you can actually SEE the shrimps. Their seafood combo platter was AMAZING TOO! Very flavorful! And their customer service was outstanding! Top Crawfish will be my NEW ritual for my Saturday nights feast!
I love their food but THIS was the worst. I always order once a month(trying to limit how often I eat seafood boil for health related reasons). Every time i call, the guy or an older lady picked up. I always order the same thing, B6 in medium spicy with 20 shrimp, 30 crawfish, and 20 mussels. Also a side of the cajun spicy sauce on the side. 12/12, I called and a lady who sounded young picked up. I ordered my usual and had my husband pick it up.He placed the tray still in the black bag on the countertop. When I walked over to open it, within a minute of him putting it down, I noticed a pool of the sauce. I immediately moved it to a tray and over to the table. I noticed that it was packaged poorly with the aluminum foil ripped on the side, covered with another smaller piece to cover the rip. I was livid.Not only was my countertop ruined, the food was cooked in spicy cajun. My poor inlaws cannot eat that spicy, which is why I order medium spicy and spicy cajun sauce on the side for me. I moved everything to another container to eat.I asked my husband if they showed him the order before packing it because that’s what the guy or the older lady did previously whenever I picked it up. He said no it was already bagged when he got there.The sauce I requested was a side of cajun spicy. The left and the middle is what I received on sunday. The 4oz of spicy cajun is what I saved from the last time I ordered.I really enjoy their seafood boil so I hope they change the packaging and retrain their employees that they need to double check the order, show & check with customers of their order, and package it so it doesn’t leak!!!! I’ve had this problem at their other location and leaked in my car before. I called to complain then and I plan to call this location tomorrow to complain. I hope they fix it so I can continue ordering from them without worrying about the leak or wrong orders.
Ordered boiled shrimp box today which includes. Boiled shrimp, potato’s and corn. I added broccoli on the side. What I received. Shrimp with heads attached which were very dried out, no potato’s, no broccoli. When I called to say the order was wrong, they told me we will do a better job checking next time. So what do I do with the food I have now..,, that I can’t eat….. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY! Worst customer service ever!!!! They refused to correct the issue.
Everything was amazing!!!! myself and my daughters LOVED it... the spice, the way it was cooked and price was everything.. this is our go to place for seafood now ?
