This place has AMAZING food and service too! I wanted to cry when I tried their tacos for the first time!! The fish tacos are my favorite, but honestly you can't go wrong. Prices are more than reasonable, and I would gladly pay more for good quality food like this. When I order togo, I'm sure they think it's a party of 8 I'm going to feed, but really it's just 2 of us ? They always pack freshly chopped toppings, and provide ample salsas. Not sure about the other nights, but Fridays are slammed 5ish to 6pm onwards so get in before then if possible!
Better than standard Mexican, feels very authentic, service is very very good. Do NOT get the Patron margarita pitcher.....it's not worth $45. My mistake, I should have asked how much.
My family and I really wanted Mexican and noticed the good reviews. It was a week night not too busy, and we were semi greeted and seated immediately. We ordered the trio fajitas and queso…which were all fine not really tasty..but edible. Our waiter seemed to be irritated at our presence, aggressively taking the menus after we placed our order. There was a more kind, older female server who seemed less irritated. I asked her to add a side order of chicken for our son who is a picky eater and just wanted some protein to go with his rice and beans after tasting mine, and since we were seated nearest the kitchen, I could see the cooks facial expressions which was a cross between confusion and “the nerve” ..as if our order came with a request for it to be free. Needless to say we were the only other brown people besides the employees. Still, we tipped generously. Won’t be returning and we literally felt like they didn’t want us there.
Service was wonderful, food was hot and of decent quality. The dishes were just a bit too salty for me and the music was super loud. Overall though it was great.
We ha e dined in several times at this spot and it always been awesome. Greta food at reasonable prices. Friendly attentive staff. It's no wo der this place is always hopping especially over the weekend. We decided to get takeout for new years eve and could not have been more pleased with the quick service, quality of the food and very generous portions, include the complimentary homemade chips and salsa.
Loved this spot!!Had amazing jalapeño margaritas here!Yummy burritos and the “cheese dip” with Chorizo was delicious.I had crispy crunchy flautas and loved them.Yummy chicken. This is a chain and I hope to find one this good closer to home.Nice outdoor patio.Large shopping center parking lot.
We ordered the chipotle burrito and burrito gigante. Both dishes were well prepared and seasoned. Both burritos were priced at around 12 dollars but the burrito gigante was filled with more meat; chicken, steak, and shrimp but did not come with sides (rice, veggies, etc.). The chipotle burrito came with sides and was similar in size to the gigante but was filled with less meat.Service was okay but can be improved. I had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone came to take my payment for a carry out order. No one was at the front of the restaurant attending to customers.
Would highly recommend trying if your in the mood for some authentic mexican food. We go often and I love the fajitas. The servers are friendly. Free chips and salsa with meal. Mojitos are delicious.
Just after my wife said she liked her chicken enchilada, her eyes looked like they were going to jump out of head. Then she started repeating .... OMG, OMG, my mouth is on fire. She drank the remaining half of her Margarita (luckily diluted with melted ice). Then a big gulp of mine! She started to get up and when I asked her where she was going, she responded to the bath room and put my tongue under water. Note, my wife does not like spicy food, but I've never seen her react like this. Poking around the salsa on my plate, I nudged the string bean, onion concoction next to it. There it was, sticking out the side .... a Szechuan Pepper. Couldn't believe it, so I tasted a small bite ... yup, it was a szechuan pepper. How could they include such an ingredient in dishes not mentioning anything spicy ... incredible. Now to the rest. My house margarita was very good, but the Texas variant seemed off. My tortilla soup was quite good, but then my brisket enchilada was tender, but the sauce on it very bland. It was also served lukewarm. My wife like her chicken enchilada before she lost her sense of taste. Our waitress noticed my wife's discomfort & brought her a small cup with a tea mixture, it helped a little, but my goal was to set her to our nearby home and give her milk or ice cream. I've noticed all the rave rave reviews, but even ignoring the pepper incident, I'd have a hard time rating what I had even as a three.
Amazing place! The food taste very good. I love their carne asada. The servers are very serviceable and the manager as well. The food is on point and I definitely recommend the Texas margarita. I will keep coming back . Thank you
