The experience was truly lacking. The cleanliness of the tables and the area definitely needed help. Our server Austin was good yet seemed to focus more on his larger party tables. We had an issue with kids Mac and cheese having peppers and were told that's how all their macaroni is prepared. Our refills were few and far between yet understandable due to the lack of staffing. We received no apologies from management or an explanation about the food. My fish and chips were just ok and lacked fish vs breading. I don't plan to go back for a while and the highlight of the day was pretzel bites. Hopefully as staffing increases the quality of service and food will get exponentially better.
Very crowded but that's expected for a Saturday night. Food was good and waiter was as fast as possible considering the crowd. I've been in the restaurant business for 20+ years so I understand the wait. Definitely recommend the place and will go back. Just moved to the area and was looking for a fun place to go and this fit the bill.
We went late at night like after 11:00p.m. on a Friday and they were pretty busy. Our server was so nice but the service was... ehh. We ordered two appetizers and only got one. The question was just below hot. My burger was good but I had to ask for the bacon that came on my sandwich and the onions that I wanted on the side. The peach sweet tea was... blah, not very peachy,, and was made fresh because it melted my ice by the time it came to the table. The burger was good though. I will give them another try earlier in the day.
We are frequent here, we come about once a week. We came 04/07 it was a Thursday. Our appetizer came with our wings, we wanted the appetizer out first, of course. The food was delicious as always, but I will say this. My family and I couldn’t enjoy it, as there was a server who REEKED of perfume. I mean my husband and I were flabbergasted as to why so much!! We had to fan out table every time she walked by. We quickly picked up our food and left. The lady was young and looked of Indian descent. Please y’all… we know the servers have a standard upkeep, but this is a restaurant and food is handled here. Management, please be sure to talk to your servers about this issue. I was highly disappointed.
Had lunch here with the wife today. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was perfect, and the service could not have been better. Hats off to Kelly for taking excellent care of us.
We had a terrible experience at this location. Service was slow. We got our beer 30 min after ordering it. We got our food separately over the course of 45 min. I never even got my salad. Had to ask for drink refills 4 times. The wait staff was rude and to top it off the manager argued with us about the quality of service. They offered no solution to make our experience better.
THE BEST CHICKEN TENDERS IVE HAD IN 3 YRS! Thank God, I was beginning to think there was only flat tenders now. I also had the mouth watering Buffalo chicken egg rolls. Best meal I've had in a LONG TIME, THANK YOU!
Plenty of parking by the restaurant. Full bar area available.We only order an appetizer, so this review is more for the vibe and drinks. Nice and casual, the bartender was super nice and recommended a different beers to try.Trio Dip: chips was nice and fresh. All the dips taste great, just wish the queso dip didn’t harden so fast.Lots of variety on tap, as well ad more selection of beer in a can. If you want a strong beer that is kinda bitter (but not too dark) you should try the Frankstark.Also if you like to drink/sample different beers, you should download an app called Brewniversity - you get points and can earn rewards.
Food was good, and service was good as well. Only thing i was disappointed about is that the slow burn wings were far from as spicy as i thought they would be. My only complaint. Margareta was good though. It actually was pretty strong.
We were visiting with some friends and stopped in here for some drinks and a quick bite. We only had a couple appetizers but they were really good. Large selection of beer on tap and bottled. Wife enjoyed her mix drinks. We need one of these down in Valdosta, GA.
