This place never disappoints. Be it food or service. Elisa is an amazing server out here. Extremely professional, polite and sweet. The Blue moon is served with an orange which is love and the way it should be. Chicken Tinga Nachos, Chicken Wings with Buffalo sauce and Kajun Vudoo magic sauce is always a pure bliss??. The Quesadillas were good too. Other than than don't miss the the delicious crunchy fries on the side ❤️❤️. Would always love to visit again.
The food is usually alright. Let me tell you something about the service. It is out of order—the most expensive Guinness of my life at this location. Someone needs to come in and go over service expectations. For a restaurant open throughout the day, having adequate staff to at least greet people walking in would help. I stood at the hostess station for almost five minutes before walking to the bar to ask if they were open. They told me to grab a seat. No server came for over 15 minutes, so I returned to the bar and ordered my drink. Finally, a server brings me a drink. Another 10 minutes go by. I wanted to leave at this point, so I paid the bartender cash for at least getting a beer to me. I do not know why I keep coming to this location. Reading other reviews service seems to be a recurring theme. I frequent this location as it's close to home. This lack of service has happened every time. Wake up, Taco Mac!
I had a bacon cheeseburger with black beans on the side and it tasted great!We were with a large party and I didn't notice anyone have a problem with their food.They did only assign one waitress to the group. While she handled it, it was really too much. The group would've been served better with two servers. It was also mentioned that it was too cold. Lots of folks had to get jackets and sweatshirts.
My sister ordered wings and shrimp taco by pick-up from here around 9:30 pm, and they said the order will be ready at 10:06, but my sister arrived there around 10:00 and waited about 40 minutes.She got her order around 10:40. She said they kept saying the order is coming, but 40 minutes late was notacceptable.However, that was not the worst part, I am going to contact county health authority next Monday and even my attorney if I need to.Shrimps in the taco were raw!!!!I wanted BBQ shrimp taco not damn shrimp sashimi taco.The worst!!!
Good service has gone down hill. Let me start with I called before I drove down here to make sure they weren’t closed. She goes open until one. We show up and she goes last call at 1230. I look at my phone it’s not even 1230.Bartender could have made additional money for business or should have let us know on the phone that 1230 was the cut off point.There was no point in discussing that she doesn’t seem to be able to comprehend a clock.Do better.
Great bartenders, that are attentive and personable. Food in general is good with a variety of choices....pretty much something for everyone! Just remember that if you plan to drink, you MUST have your state issued ID!
Both food and service were poor. Slow service with missing food and poor drink service. Lots of excuses. Food wasn’t good.
The food took over 45 minutes to come out. And then it it came out NOT very warm. Tots were sent back cold. Boneless wings were barely warm and the roasted wings were over-roasted and under rubbed. 90% of the times I order roasted wings I have to wait for them to cool down before really digging in. Not these. It was quite the opposite, hurry up and eat them while they are still considered warm. Just before asking for the check, had to cancel the tots order because we were done eating and no sign of tots.
This location has really good honey chipotle wings! I really enjoyed the sauce and freshness of the wings. They also have an Asian sweet heat wrap sandwich that my friend ordered and the blend of ingredients were so good and tasty!
I seriously adored the bartender Chloe! She let us know that the kitchen was a bit behind due to online ordering, so we just ordered an appetizer. I get that. BUT she noticed my pop socket on my phone was broken, so she brought me a new one!! I was so ecstatic! The world needs more Chloes ?
