We've been stuck in line for over 20 minutes. There's no way to leave and the taco bell workers have told us to wait as there are only 2 workers. There is literally a line to the curb. We can't leave since there is only one lane and we are stuck. Wish there was a way to alert people since we have an hour to drive and it's 10:30 pm. We were hoping to get a quick meal. Big mistake. ?
Came to the drive through and told the system was down.Was instructed to download and use tacobell app.Placed order on app then was told the whole system was down and the employee who told me to place the order had left.Canceled the order on the app, maybe I'll get my money back ...
This is by far one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to in the fact that they are located in Suwanee is an absolute shame. I asked for no sour cream in my cheesy Fiesta potatoes and they still put it. I told them for my chalupas I don't want sour cream but to add nacho cheese they gave me a chalupa bread with only cheese. No lettuce, no tomatoes, nothing inside but nacho cheese. This is an absolute joke and a disgrace
Worse Taco Bell experiance I have ever had. May never go to another again. Staff all rude. From menu at drive thru to window took 30 minutes. Then 15 minutes to get food at window. Watched 3 employees all governess handling food, and cutting up like they don't care about work. Out of my 40 dollar order all of my food was cold and I was missing 3 items. My wife's crunch wrap Supreme was burnt to a char and all the meat and lettuce tasted old and disgusting. Will be reporting to health department.. This place is terrible!!! Don't waste your time or money! -Also if you call the manager will take no responsibility and yell at you
30 minutes extra to wait for my food to get ready, burnt chicken quesadilla, food wraps wrong, order to flaming hot tacos and two regular tacos and got four regular tacos in the bag. Spoke to the manager a mail manager and he said it’s not his fault and pretty much did not care,curious how he got a management position.
After waiting in the line for a total of 35 minutes with only one car in front of me, I came to the conclusion that they were short staffed. The lobby was fairly empty. When I got to the window I realize that there were five people working in there. I’m not understanding why it took 35 minutes for me to get my order taken. I will not be returning to this location.
We recently got the taco pass because my daughter loves Taco Bell Doritos Locos Tacos. Taco Bell seems to make you wait longer now for your Taco and can never seem to find it in the system when you order online. My experience today however was the WORST! After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane when I finally reached the speaker and mentioned my name I was asked to come up to the window. I found the window closed and waited close to 5 minutes for someone to show up. When the lady showed up I told her my name and she said she couldn’t find me in the system. I showed her the confirmation number and code in my app and she said that doesn’t have my name as I proceeded to spell out my name she said that she needs my name. I tried telling her my name again and she kept interrupting until she finally said You know what and banged the window shut and walked away. Obviously won’t come here again.
WORST TACOBELL OF USA--SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ..OR ..CHANGE THE NIGHT STAFF...I ordered stuff total of around $35...The lady (claims she is the manager) on the phone was so loud and noisy and arrogant..Not a pleasant way to welcome customer. The real MESS begins after your order ...(1) Order was missing 3-4 items ..and covered with sauce and napkin layers so customer cannot see inside ..But, I opened it since it was 3rd time I got wrong order.(2) Receipt was not given as they were placed on the counter. Not sure why they don't give it ...I suspect scam in this .(3) She said she repeated the order but it is completely LIE ...(4) Her voice became so so loud that it could be heard in back cars..claiming she is clean.(5) Even I caught her literally with missing items, Not even admitted of mistake, No Sorry ...just arrogance like and said " You don't make mistakes ??"I am not even talking about long wait time (40 mins) here. I understand they are short staffed and there are hiring boards everywhere. This part is understandable and I am patientful guy but this is really not how business works ...Customers are the one who runs your business.AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS ..
Sat in the drive through for literally 45 mins last night and moved up a total THREE car lengths the whole time. Ended up leaving and going next door to the Checker's instead and was out in 10mins. I get there's a staff shortage everywhere but that's a bit ridiculous for a Taco Bell considering how everything is supposed to be prepped. Get it together. - a Former Employee.
Crazy girl working there tells me we will be back after 15-20 mins and than when you actually go back after 15-20 mins she will say we are temporarily closed. And when you tell them you just told that n she starts yelling. Wait time is always too long. Ridiculous customer service.
