Would give zero stars if I could. They only allow Uber Eats orders after a certain time and it is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. They just throw whatever they want into the bag and know the customer can do nothing about it. Uber can only refund the money and you’re left with food you didn’t want and of course nobody at the store will answer the phone. Save your money and order somewhere else.
As a previous manager of a quick serve restaurant, I am always impressed by the accuracy of my order and the timely manner in which it is received. You never know who you're serving, and I respect the conduct of the management and the friendliness of the employees at this location.
The food is decent but they almost always have things missing from your drive thru order. Better check the bag before you leave.
Doordash drivers can’t pick up due to dine in being closed, we almost missed it because they have the sign turned off. They are short staffed so it’s not their fault... but it makes it hard for others to do their job as well... pls fix this ASAP if you’re accepting door dash orders. This is ridiculous.
I went there tonight and waited in line a total of 27 minutes with only 5 cars in front of me. From the time I ordered some tacos and 9 Long John Silver Chicken Planks until I got to the windows to pay, 15 minutes or so, they had not even started the order, and I heard the person about to swipe my credit card tell the person next to her to "go drop 9 pieces of chicken". I asked if my order was ready before handing her my card and she said "we just dropped them for you so they'll be fresh". It was going to be another 8 minutes. She seemed genuinely surprised that I cancelled my order and drove off.
Worst taco bell experience I ever had. I ordered the number 4 with the taco and crisp (something). This had no meat only lettuce and cheese. I know the restaurant business is suffering but this was the equivalent of ordering a whopper and getting only lettuce and tomatoes, except it was more expensive. If this is how they are doing business they wont be around long.
I love Taco Bell, it's my favorite place and I come here once and even twice a month to get my favorite food which are those cravings boxes but Mary who is an employee there is making it uncomfortable because she is so rude and I'm not that kind of person and if she continues to be rude I feel like I might turn into her and that's the uncomfortable part I mentioned. I don't want to have to cuss this lady out and put her in her place because that's not who I am but if I come back up here again and she presents the same attitude I feel like I'm gonna have to. One of you who works there has got to talk to her.
On Jan 1, 2022 ..we went to this restaurant.. (specifically Long John Silver's) drove way out of our way (20 minutes away) due to the LJS that was close to us closed permanently last 2 years ago when covid hit. So we have always loved LJS better than Capt.Ds. ...so we were looking for a good treat.... walked in...seemed very short staffed only saw 3 ppl working...non of which seemed to appear as a manager.It took approx. 7 min. for us to get waited on ...took another 7 - 9 min for our order to get done... once we got our food (both 3 fish and 2 chicken fries, cole slaw 2hush puppies each)The fish thickness size was half of what it used to be...but the kicker was 2 pcs of the fish were almost uneatable...was very over cooked or had be hanging over the grease for a long period of time...was very tough to eat ...one of the pcs of fish had barely fish meat in it ...was mostly batter and the fish meat that was in there was too tough to eat. Only one of the 4 hush puppies was eatable..the other 3 hard enough to be shot out of a cannon and would do some damage.The fries were fair.. little rubbery... portion was poor as well but eatable.All in all it was a great disappointment from the quality of LJS food that we were accustomed to...we certainly will not be going back to this location for LJS or TB.Looks like we will be going to Capt. D's when we're in the mood for fast food fish.I know / realize that covid has caused alot of issues but if individuals are going to spent their hard earned money...they should get good quality food evey time.

Horrible service!! Lazy Employees I had two separate orders (one meal each) not big at all they told me I couldn’t do two orders that I needed to go in line at the drive thru again with I did after paying for my first order when I went to order again seconds later they told me that they were CLOSE!!! What kind of employees are those the picture was taken at 8:33 pm on a Monday !!! Never coming back again!!!!
