Honestly, I have traveled around the world and have been to hundreds of subways in my lifetime. This one, however, blows all the others out of the water. Nilpa is AMAZING!!! Not only does she have fantastic customer service, she always pay special attention to my two year old little boy. My family and I will go out of our way to eat at this restaurant because of the above and beyond staff at this location!
I had placed order worth $35/- through DoorDash. While placing order I made mistake & did not mention Spicy yellow mustard. I agree I made mistake. Immediately I realised & called them to include. The person picked up the phone & before I explained , just hung up, saying that he is busy. He could have put me on hold & modified my order. But did not do anything, just hung up. After 2-3 days I called the same location just to inform the manager/ owner to let them know the incedent so their staff will not do the same thing with others. No responsible man talked with me & there was no commitment to improve. They could do this with me instead of the fact that I have worked in the same Kroger for 7 years & was regular customer. Let me make it clear that DOORDASH was not at fault & I did not want any refund or credit.
Whenever I am in town visiting my grandkids this is our favorite place to eat. The place is super clean and the items are fresh. We ordered the 6 inch turkey and the 6 inch roasted chicken breast. The sandwiches were prepared properly and the service was awesome.
Simply put, they OVERCHARGE. Had a sub the exact way at another location for no more than 10 dollars, but somehow I was charged 16 at this location
Placed a pickup order at 11:20am on Sunday, arrived at 11:45am , order was not even start yet though the subway app stated it is ready at 11:40. waited another. 20 mins to get my sandwich completed . totally missed the mark of preparing order on thme. 20 minutes late is unacceptable. also Bought two gifts cards, they put a 7% sales tax on them, end up I have to dispute the charge. This store needs to be retrained
This location does not accept most coupons that are mailed to your house. They say it won't scan even though it is for local subways. Their quantity has significantly gone down even if you ask them for more onions, spinach etc. Today's sandwich hardly had meat. Not worth the money.
Service is great, always with a smile, speedy and attentive but this location never uses any of the App or Online deals which sucks due to the businesses near by and the lunch rush possibilities taking advantage of the deals
