Worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. Ordered online for carry out. Showed up and all of the doors were locked. Called the store to try and get my order and the manager gave me attitude and then proceeded to hang up on me. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to get my order that was unsurprisingly cold. Will not spend money here again
I got a banana shake & it was terrible. It had all whipped cream in it. Didn't taste like ice cream at all. Also, they gave me a vanilla shake initially as they got the order wrong. The manager was so rude as he had to make the correct one. It was horrible. He said he would have it made in a "second." It was just about 10 seconds & he brought out the horrible shake ( banana) out. Will not order another shake again from there. Manager needs to be replaced as he was rude!!
This my second time trying this particular location. The cook uses his bare hand to prepare the food. I asked for a large fry I only received a regular. I asked for the receipt and they claimed the machine doesn’t work. I love Steak ‘n Shake but this has been my worst experience ever.
Our food was good & my son loved his shake. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, we were checked on multiple times.
Our food was delicious and prepared the way we wanted. They were very busy in the takeout line so we opted to go inside and eat. The store has gone to self service so you don't have to wait for a server come to you, however, you do have to place your own order on the computer board, prepare your own drinks and pick up your food when your number is called. You also must clear your own table which is easy.
We had an issue with our order when we used the app to place our order, but the general manager of this store was more than happy to help us correct the problem we encountered. The general manager, Scott, is a really nice guy that will do everything in his power to make your visit to his store the best experience it can be! Our food was made fast, came out hot, and was delicious! If you're hungry, stop by this store to get some good food and a milkshake!
Quick service! Ordering kiosks were very efficient! Manager was VERY kind to our two wild children and visited our table several times to make sure we had everything we needed.
This place is the best Steak 'n Shake.Nice and polite guys.
Food is always delicious and well made. Scott is always happy, upbeat and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Having good people is essential for a business to stay successful. His great customer service is what keeps me eating at this location. Thank you Scott!!
Loved the food and milkshake here today. The manager was so nice, made everyone feel welcome. They were shortstaffed and the order took some time to prepare but thwart was worth it
