The young lady who waited in us at the counter was very nice. We were the only ones in the store. There were 4 people behind the counter and it took 12 minutes for us to get the one drink we ordered. The lady who came in after us and paid after us got her drink and had been gone for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for our drink. I would not advise coming to this one unless you have a lot of time to wait. The drink was good once we finally got it.
This used to be my favorite Starbucks but the quality has just gotten so bad since this past year. From always getting my order wrong and having my drinks be inconsistent in taste to closing at random times to even getting cussed at by an employee. This morning’s incident was placing a mobile order from my gym that should’ve been ready by the time I got there. When I got there, they still hadn’t made my drink and I had to tell them to add extra cold foam as I ordered, and the taste was not worth the $5 I paid for my drink. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes plus wait in the car line, which just defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. You can literally get better consistency and service at a McDonalds. Makes me not want to use any of my hard earned money at Starbucks and honestly would rather go to the Starbucks inside of the Target at the same plaza than waste my money here. I’ve tried to give them a break bc I get it, sometimes we’re short staffed and all, but the only thing they’re consistent about at this point is providing horrible service.
Worst cafe misto ever! I frequent Starbucks, almost daily! It was more cream than coffee and it was barely warm?. Ask for more coffee, but they only had 3 ounces brewed. If you close at 8pm. Coffee should be available even if you have to brew more, or clean the freakin pots. STOP ALLOWING EMPLOYEES TO CLOSE DOWN, PRIOR TO CLOSE DOWN TIME!
This is literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The only reason I say that is because I’ve had literally so many problems with this one. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me and sometimes requires me going here but the service is consistently, painfully slow. They’ll have order ahead sometimes but won’t let you go into the store to pick it up, so you have to wait in a massive drive through line even though you were using the feature designed to bypass the line. Poorly run and horribly slow.

I really like the app, but have learned it is important to look at the icons to see if you can pick up in cafe. I waited 10 minutes in line at the drive thru because I didn't pay attention this morning.
The partners were really nice, but PLEASE, if I order a drink with no ice and you’re unwilling to fill it to the top, please tell me. I will pay for a larger size drink if I absolutely need to, but this is ridiculous and not want i wanted. I wanted my full venti, I just don’t like ice.
Amazing and friendly staff. I’ve been going here mornings before school/work for years and they are always quick in drive thru. Josh is absolutely amazing and is always welcoming to customers!
Always super slow. Always. Long line of cars waiting, wrapped around the building don't seem to mind. They are all playing on their cell phones while behind the wheel. Line moves forward, car in front of you still siting there. Starbucks is not allowing in door dining at this time.Pro Tip: Order on the app and WALK IN to pick-up. You'll get front row parking and in and out in under 30 seconds.
Ordered two coffees and both had a awful taste. My coffee tasted nothing like how it usually is and was too bitter for me to even drink. And the other coffee had melted whip cream and had zero flavor to it. ZERO FLAVOR! Tasted only like black coffee with two things of creamer when it was a white chocolate mocha with whip cream. Which had none of the flavor at all. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back due to false making of the drink and lack of effort towards it; the employees should be disappointed in themselves with both communication levels and the work that is being done.
