The slowest Starbucks ever horrible customer service always slow takes about 5 mins to make one drink and I waited in line for about 15 minutes for them to tell me they don’t take $100 bills and that’s all I had on me even if it was store policy for customer service reasons and after I had waited that long she should’ve just gave me my order at least HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Go to any other Starbucks AND THEY DONT EVEN GAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS IT!
I picked up my coffee in the afternoon Thursday April 7. The store wasn’t busy as in the morning but people work there are very rude. I was waiting to someone turned attention to me to ask for a straw and no one seems to care. I asked a girl who was acting like she didn’t see me waiting next to my coffee if I can have a straw. She handled the straw to me and seems to be unpleasant. What a ridiculous situation, am I wrong if I asked for a straw for my coffee? ?
Did not have wanted to order. How are you out of nitro coffee? Drive thru took over 20 minutes and there was only 4 cars ahead of us

The worst. So much of the time this store in not open for ordering indoors. Drive thru only.Why? I have no idea. They often mess up drink orders, don't have the food items on the menu and the lines are slow. Starbucks isn't what it used to be. Go to Dunkin Donuts instead.
The food there is really delicious, although it's really expensive and always takes a long time. It's still decent though
I love this Starbucks, you're thinking they should all be the same right? Wrong - I always order my venti chai extra hot bc it's large and I want it hot until the last drop. This is the only Starbucks that does it right! This is the location close to my office so I'm there 2-3x a week. The staff is friendly! And people who complain about the wait should just get over themselves! 1 - pandemic means less people working 2- if you don't want to wait order ahead like I do 3- if you still have a problem Karen you should wake up and realize you pay $5+ dollars for a cup of coffee and there are many more real problems in the world other than you being mean to the people that make your privledged cup of Joe! Ps did I mention this locations stay is always friendly!
You can either wait on a very long car line or walk inside to find out they take mobile orders only. Super slow service and very inconvenient to the customer.
Worst Starbucks I have been, they never have anything after 7pm, their machines are always down by 7pm Even though it says they are open till 7:30. The staff is also rude. So disappointed. This is not the first time it happen either.
Very long wait in the drive-through, but that's not unusual these days. I wasn't in a hurry, so no big deal. The batista at the window, Calvin, was very nice! The food, Egg bites, were delicious as always, and my coffee cup was filled up all the way, unlike the last Starbucks I went to.I highly recommend this location.
