So I frequently this Starbucks daily. Literally every day, many times twice a day. The morning crew for the most part does great. There are two ladies who make it run smoothly and if they are not there everything is utter chaos. The evening crew is a whole different story. They can never find anything or are out of it which is RIDICULOUS because I can come in the next morning and that crew can find it. Also, does no one know how to update menu items in the app... If you are out of a dozen things and are still taking mobile orders then the app should be updated.Plain and simple, this is the closest and most convenient Starbucks for me but OYE!
Had a horrible experience at this Starbucks this morning. I went back later and The manager, Kiara was super nice and accommodating. She was able to refund me for the drink, give me another for free, and even gave me a card for store credit. She went above and beyond and provided excellent service to my son and I. Because of HER, I will continue to visit this Starbucks. Thank you Kiara!!!!!!
Worst ever drive through. Slow service and lack of communication. Mess up the order frequently

Had a great experience. Went through the drive thru and was presented with an amazing employee at the window. Cammi was her name I think, was energetic and outgoing. Helped get my order quick while being positive and motivating her team during a busy time it looked like. Really like the atmosphere she created and will definitely be back.
Baristas are very knowledgeable and help you figure out what you want, and make it perfectly!Negative:Very noisy when busy! (This is to be expected sometimes, but the decibels when rush hour hits make it hard to talk to someone next to you.) Not a great place for wfh or schoolwork if you are distracted by noise. Would be fine if you need ambient background noise.Positive:Solid place to hang out and half-study with friends. Very good chairs for support and back-cracking! Tables are not large enough for you to spread out at, so bring only the essentials.
The staffs are really friendly and they made the drink perfectly!!
Ordered 15 minutes ahead. 2 out if 3 things were made once I arrived. Waited about a good 15-20 minutes for the other part of the order. Once order was ready, the batista didn't even call a name. Just sat the order there and walked away.
Do not go to this Starbucks unless you are prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes at any time of the day. I have come in the morning and waited almost 30 minutes, I have come in the afternoon and evening with the same wait time. I used to go to this Starbucks every day but I thankfully found a quicker and more reliable café. The Starbucks also does not allow you to go inside to pick up your order, you have to wait through the long drive through line even if you have already paid and ordered online…weird.
We come here frequently. And as with most places lately sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but the customer service and food quality are what you’d expect from a Starbucks. Honorable mention : Joseph is (in my opinion) their star employee. Seems to be a people person for sure . I’ve noticed when any employee needs help they go to him for help. Keep it up Joseph !
