Placed order and paid online the evening of 7/5/22. When I arrived to pickup order the red buttons on all stalls where covered up with a message to go to the drive-thru. After waiting in the cue to get to the window I told the cashier that I was there to pickup an order placed online. I was told that food would not be prepared until I logged on again with a phone app. I explained that I had no app on my phone and that I was not leaving the window until I received the food I had already paid for. I was told to leave or the police would be called. They called the police. When the police arrived I showed the officer a copy of my email receipt I where I had already paid for the food. The officer went inside and came back to tell me that they where exercising there right to "deny service" and that they had chosen to "cancel the order" and that credit would show up on my credit card in two or three days. Order info Order placed at 5:44pm 7/5/22 Order # 339648733 Ticket # 58636 Location 3225 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd Suwanee GA 30024 The receipt where the order was canceled says Check # 58635 At this point I am trying to find out who the owner is and to get a contact number so that they with be aware of my experience and why I will no longer purchasing food at this location.
This Sonic NEVER gets your order right!! Ever. Plus, you cannot pull into the little spots and place your order anymore. Of course they have no signage stating that so after waiting 10 mins someone comes out to say we don’t bring orders to the car anymore. This place should be shut down. Clearly the franchise owner doesn’t care because it’s the same problems over and over again with no change. Sonic used to be a great place to eat. Not anymore!!! Steak N Shake all the way!!!
Sonic is such a great option to have in the mix of fast food. Here's my go to order: I get a double cheeseburger, plain, add chili. This is the only fast food chili burger worth your time. Then I get a pretzel twist. This is a legit pretzel in a portable package. They also serve breakfast all day and have some of the best drink options anywhere. (I'm partial to Diet Dr. Pepper.)I use their app to order and pay and then pull into a stall and tell the app which one. They bring it out momentarily - often on roller skates. It's so convenient and there's almost no wait. They are the best app system out there - the screen on the menu even shows your name so you know they know you're there. They've never got my order wrong.Sonic is the only place that rivals Chick-fil-a in service and with their app.
This sonic only gets 3 stars because the wait time to order was the longest I have ever experienced at any sonic. They may have employee shortage. I ordered foot long chilly dog with extra onions large tater tots and drink. I got back to work where I found no onions and medium tater tots. The chilly dog was good but would have been better with ?.
If I can give this place no stars I would. Customer Service is a joke to them. A bunch of kids that play around all day. You ask for a straw and get attitude, you ask for a fork, they huff and puff and never come back to the window. I will never return to this location. Trying to understand why they are still open.
Breakfast burrito was probably microwaved. Some areas of the tortilla and egg were dry/crunchy other areas rubbery. The sweet tea was syrup. Service and promptness (thanks to a microwave) was good. Fries tasted fresh.
This was the best breakfast burrito I have had in a long time at any Sonic. Will be back to this location.
Placed an order in the drive-thru. I told and confirmed 3 times the topping I wanted on my burger, and yet I still didn't get what I ordered. I also placed an order for their regular chili dog, and received a foot long. Finally I also ordered a cherry limeade. This is the worst one I've ever had from a sonic location. Definitely won't be returning to this one. Waste of money
If you don't mind waiting forever this is the place to go. When I finally get to the window everyone is on there phone, and they handed me the wrong order also. Everyone in this establishment needs more training.
Fast food done well. I got them. I got a milkshake. Mmm mmmm... good!
