Great food and great service. We went there today and had excellent time. We were greeted promptly by Mary Lou( hope I got the name right, if not my apologies). Everything from drinks to appetizers and main course was awesome. We were too full to try the deserts but will definitely go back.
SoFo is a great locally owned restaurant. Good food, cold drinks, and a very attentive and sweet staff. It has quickly become a favorite after work choice for our family. Definitely check it out next time your are in South Forsyth!

This was my 1st time visiting and I had two people with me and I was referred by the cook who has locs.Grace was amazing, the four star are because of her warm welcoming attitude. There is nothing better than feeling welcomed into an establishment where you chose to spend your money. She greeted us soon as we walked in, patiently waiting on our indecisiveness, and once we were seated she gave us great recommendations but two of us choose something different. Now I to recommend the Chicken Schnitzel, it’s perfectly seasoned and ever bite is better than the 1st. Thanks for you warm hospitality Grace, and we look forward to your warm welcoming energy next time. Because of Grace, we will visit again to try more of her suggestion ?I just sent would have added another star making it 5 stars but the taste of the other meals were okay, the breading on the other meals an entree was perfect but the other chicken lacked flavor.
Food - decent. Service - THE WORST!If you go, hang out in the bar area because that is the only place that gets any attention. We have been here 3 times, each one was worse than the one before. For the last visit - I literally had to walk up to the kitchen to get a refill - for every refill. When it came time to pay the check, I had to get up to give it to the hostess who seemed clueless what to do with it and kept asking me who my waitress was even though I told her that I had not seen one all night. The first visit had good food, poor service. The second had OK food, poor service. The last has mediocre food, and really poor service. Three strikes...
My wife and I stopped in this evening. We wanted to order a drink off the cocktail list that was provided. 2 of the cocktails on your cocktail menu, per your staff, were not available because you did not have the ingredients to make them. The staff was pleasant, apologetic and friendly. On a Friday night the bar not being stocked is a disappointment. We decided to leave and not order dinner. We love supporting a local business. Sadly, we were very disappointed tonight.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the food, because I never got any. After waiting for my meal for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I got up and left. I made the mistake of choosing this place to take my daughter before her school spring formal. We arrived at 5:30 to a quiet restaurant, ordered food and drinks. Both drinks were wrong, it took almost 15 minutes to change them for what we actually ordered. Then we waited and waited and waited. No updates or apologies, just left to sit there and wait. After eventually getting a waitress I was told that we were 2 tickets away. Despite arriving to a half empty restaurant, waiting for over an hour, we were two tickets away for a salad and chicken fingers. Meanwhile the bar area was busy and getting plenty of service. I can only presume that is why the place has a good rating and reputation. Perhaps they should just stick to being a bar, because serving food and running a restaurant does not seem to be their strength.
First time in. We were celebrating valentines day on Sunday afternoon, a day early since we both have to work late on Monday. We order the nachos which were good, and the fried pickle and jalapeños which were great. Atmosphere was a little stuffy since it is in an affluent area. Only real complaint is the price of draft beer. I could get the same IPA for a buck or two cheaper at other places. But overall, good experience.
